Everything which is well, ends well. That was a idiom you could relate to. After Leo's return everything became normal again. He visited you at home, soothed you when you uncle had hurt you, hang out with you...

Basically everything was back to the good old days for better or for worse. Maybe thing had went a little too much back to normal. The night of his and your confession felt like a distant dream. You had become closer, but really you felt quite confused what you had become. Were you friends? Were you a couple? What exactly were you?

You wondered over these thoughts as you wandered down the halls of your school, to your next lesson with books in your arms. Your shoulder hurt a little as you adjusted your backpack on your back. Your uncle hadn't gone that easy on you this morning when he had shoved your shoulder in to a wall. Of course you couldn't show you were in pain in school, even if you did no one would care, or those who would, wouldn't mean it well.

As if on the keyword, your way suddenly were blocked by two glaring girls and their two buff guy companions. Of all people you could meet on the hallway, it of course absolutely had to be the girls who hated you most of all the girls in your grade.

They grinned at you smugly. "Well, hello there. Who do we have here...(Y/n) did you have a nice weekend?" the highest of the girls asked.

"Oh, no! That's true," the lower girl said with fake pity, "you were at home crying, because no one likes you."

They both laughed tauntingly with the boys followied suit. You hugged your books tighter to your chest to control a retort. After all the best way to stop a bully is ignoring them. You made a move to pass them, but the way was blocked once again.

"Aw, c'mon. Where do you think you're going?" The highest girl smiled at you sweetly, "Don't go. You can borrow a tissue of me."

"It's none of your business," you snarled back at her and made a new attempt to pass.

Of course, they wouldn't give you any ground to do that and stopped you. Most times when you hang out with someone for a while, you start to get some of their habits. Leo had told you it was important to be calm in all circumstances, but if someone kept jogging on you it was alright to show them off....And that's exactly what you did.

When they tried to pull you back by the arm, making you drop your books, you pushed hard to the lower girl to get free. By your push she stumbled into her friend, making them both stagger in to the wall. That didn't happen unnoticed. The boys charged at you, much likely mad at you for messing with their girls, smashing you in to the lockers behind you with so great force you slid down to the floor dizzy.

With your blurry gaze you saw 4 outline approaching you. You had a bad feeling, they wouldn't let you go unharmed. One of them lifted the legs ready to kick, but as if by a miracle, the bell indicating the break was over rung loudly, saving you at the last second.

"Hmpf! Whatever. You're lucky today," one of the girls muttered, and her outline left you vision.

Sure enough you were lucky. The sounds of students's footsteps around you faded as everybody made their way to their next lesson. Until you were completely alone, you just stayed at where your were sitting, When your view finally cleared, you found the corridor empty and your schoolbooks scattered around the floor.

You sighed and rested yourself up against the locker for a moment, before you, with one hand massaging your now even more hurting shoulder, got up and started picking your books up. When all of them were back in pile, you lifted them and went down the hall to your own locker.

Right now you considered just skipping the rest of your classes. You were already late, so staying away totally shouldn't be such a big deal. You thought so as you opened your locker and arranged your stuff inside it. To your surprise a piece of paper slipped out of your things and landed on the floor. Wondering what it was, you picked it up and saw it was a note, but not one of yours.

I'm really proud of you.

I've got a surprise for you; stay at school a little longer. It'll be it all worth.

PS: No one gets to mess with my girlfriend ;)

- Leo

Partly surprised of the message, partly blushing for being called girlfriend, you looked up just in time to witness hell break loose. A high-pitched scream filled the air, making you jolt a half meter up in the air. A door further down the hall was slammed open and out streamed the higher and lower girls from before, screaming in terror.

The doors to the other classrooms opened with students curiously sticking out their heads to see what was going on along with their teachers who seemed just as confused. Both the girls screamed even higher and ran around like damsels in distress.

"GET IT OFF ME!!! GET IT OFF PLEASE!!!" the high girl cried, while shaking her head to get something out of it.

For a moment you just watched in confusion, but as you got a closer glace you saw a small spider hanging in the highest girls hair. Obviously it was fake, but the only on who seemed not to have realized this, was the girls.

The low girl tried frantically to bash it off by hitting the high girl in the head with her pencilcase. It was so absurd, the students, who now had filled the corridor started, laughing in union. Even the teachers couldn't hold the mask and began laughing. You giggled to yourself and clenched the note you had in your hands in to your chest.

A boyfriend's karma, was the best karma.
