The Text

Everyone finally let go. I felt better.

"Ok Im going to put my stuff upstairs." I tell them.

I walk up and go to my room. I heard my phone beep. It was an unknown number.

Text: Hey Hayden just so you know I made out with Cole when you were gone. He said he was going to dump you for me. P.S. Sorry about your mom.

I dont know if this is true. I dont know who is doing this. There are only 2 girls I know that would do this. Jenny or Cassidy. Whoever it is. I'll find out.

Hayden: Who is this?

Text: Someone that Cole really loves.

Hayden: Thats funny because he doesnt love sluts.

Text: Im not a slut. Im someone special to him.

Hayden: Wrong again. You know nothing about Cole so this must be a dumb hoe.

Text: Your rude.

Hayden: So at least I dont have to hide my name.

Text: Its Jenny

Hayden: Ok Jenny. If this is you, when we were kids what did Cole like to draw all the time?

He always drew dragons.

This could be Jenny, but it could be someone else.

Hayden: Whatever if its Jenny or not Cole isnt a cheating scum bag. Now bye.

I blocked the number so they couldnt message me anymore.

*knock knock*

"Come in." I say.

I thought it would be Cole but it was Dana.

"Hey everyone is waiting for you downstairs." He says.

"Ok but I need to ask you something first." I say.

"What?" He asked.

"Did Cole ever cheat on me when I was away?" I asked.

Dana's face looked shocked when I asked that.

"No he would never do that to you. When you were gone he didnt want to be home. He stayed at my house. He missed you so much. Actually he stayed the first night back here. All of us did and Cole slept in your bed. Crying. So the guys and I decided that one of us should take him. Gabe didnt want Cole being sad around him. Will didnt want Cole to make him sad. Well I think you can guess why he didnt go with Dalton. So you see Cole never cheated and he would never." He tells me.

"Ok thanks." I say.

"Why do you ask?" He asked.

"No reason." I say.

"Well lets get down there." He says.

"Just give me a minute." I say.

Dana left and then I unblocked that number.

Hayden: Lier.

Text: Yeah ok

I put everything away. I saw the box that Ryan had given me. I opened it. I looked down at the locket.

"Here let me put that on you." I know that voice. Cole.

He took the necklace out of the box and put it on me.

"It looks great on you." He whispers in my ear.

"Thanks we better go." I say.

"Nah we can stay up here and have some..." He says and stops.

"Ice cream. Ok lets go get some." I say leaving my room.
