We got to Dana's house. Still Cole's reaction was the only thing I could think about.
"Hayden if you dont want to tell them. I'm ok with it. I dont want to make Cole mad at you or anything." Dalton tells me
"Really? Are you sure?" I ask
"Yes, I'm sure." He says
"Then what am I going to say about me being here?" I ask
"Umm just say......" He was cut off by a knock on the door.
It was Cole. He looked very upset.
"Cole what are you doing out here?" I asked
"Thats not important but if there something I really need to know. Why are you here? Also why are you with him?" He says.
"I'm here because I wanted to talk to you. So since you left. I asked Dalton for a ride." I tell him
"I'll go inside so you two can talk." Dalton says and heads inside.
"What did you want to talk about?" Cole asks
"Well look you know I Love You, but I really would like it. If you didnt get mad, because I'm friends with Dalton." I tell him
"I'm not mad that you two are friends. I actually love the fact that you to are friends. It just seems like you want to be friends with him more then you want to be friends with me." He says
"Cole no one could take your place. You have and always will be my bestfriend." I tell him
He moves closer to me. I look into he eyes. I felt like I was leading him on. He leans in for a kiss. But before our lips touched I moved back.
"I'm sorry but I cant." I tell him
"Hayden I Love You but not as a friend. I really LOVE YOU." He says
He then pulls me close to him and kisses me. It didnt feel like when me and Dalton kiss. I pulled away.
"Hayden would you like to be my girlfriend?" He asks.
"I cant Cole." I tell him
"Why?" He asks
"Because I dont want to ruin what we have as friends." I tell him
He looked as if he was going to cry. I felt horrible.
"Heyy Cole come do the usteam with us!" Dana yelled.
"Ok I'll be right there." He says.
"Cole, I'm sorry. Could you tell Dalton that I'm going to get a cab and head home." I tell him
I felt so bad about hurting Cole. But what am I going to tell Dalton about this.
