Big Sister! Reader x Little Brother! Latvia part 2: I promised didn't I?

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

"Alright, alright you can stop fighting now (C/n). We surrender, I give up, you won the war." Russia said, from on the ground. "Really?" I asked. "Да* you won! You get to take Latvia back." Russia with a slight frown falling on his face. I looked around me to see my army rejoicing in victory. I felt a huge smile cross my face. "Does that mean I can go and get Latvia right now?!" I asked, turning back to the Russian who was standing back up. "Да, you won fair and square. You can go and get Latvia. "Commander!" I shouted, the General of my army quickly scurried to my side. "You take care of the rest of the procedures. You shall be in charge until I return. Don't disappoint me, understand?" I said. "Yes Ma'am!" After that I ran around Russia and all the way to his mansion, which was about 3-4 miles away and I ran the whole way. Once at the door step I took a second to catch my breath before pounding on the door with my fist.

The door opened to reveal Toris, or Lithuania which ever you prefer. "Oh (C/n), what are you doing here?" Toris asked. "I finally won the war, I've come for Latvia." I said with a smile. "Oh that's wonderful (C/n)." Toris said. "Hey Toris tell Estonia that I'm willing to help you both whenever you feel brave enough to try and become free." I whispered. "Eh?! B-But you don't have to do that (C/n). You do realize that if we lose and you're helping us that you'll have to live under Russia also." Toris said. "I know, but no one should have to live under someone unless they want to." I said. "Thank you (C/n). I will tell Estonia tonight." Toris said. "You're welcome. Now out of the way I want to see Latvia." I said, dashing into the mansion. Toris just chuckled then closed the door. "Latvia!!! It's me (C/n) I'm here to bring you home! I won the war!" I shouted running into the living room. Latvia poked his head into the living room from what seemed to be the kitchen. "B-Big Sister?! You came! And you actually won the war! Now I can go free and live back at home with you! I missed you so much!" Latvia said, running into my arms. "Well of course I did. I promised didn't I?" I asked, wrapping my arms around Latvia as well.

As I hopelessly watched as Russia took Latvia away I shouted, "Don't worry Latvia! I will save you one day! I promise you!"

*Back to present~*

Latvia looked up at me with his beautiful ocean blue eyes that were sparkling with happiness. "Yeah you did." He said. I giggled then laid a kiss on his cheek whispering, "Es tevi mīlu savu mazo brāli**." Latvia let out a little giggle then stood up on his tip toes to give me a kiss on the cheek too. "Es tevi mīlu, lielā māsa***!" He exclaimed with a smile. I gave him back a smile with just as much energy then said, "Let's go home okay?" Latvia nodded. I grabbed ahold of his hand and started walking toward the door. "Oh wait I have to say goodbye to Estonia and Lithuania." Latvia said, letting go of my hand. "Okay just don't take too long!" I shouted after him. I let out a sigh of relief, and stepped outside looking up at the partially cloudy night sky. "I did it mom, I got Latvia back. And now we are going to head back home. I won't ever let something like this happen again. I promise." I said toward the sky where I know our mother is looking down at us. "Lielā māsa****? Who are you talking to?" Latvia asked, grabbing my hand. "Oh I was just talking to myself. C'mon let's go home." I said, walking with Latvia away from the house where he was held captive for a long time.
