Okay! So I woke up this morning and went into the living room with my parents. My dog started barking outside, so my dad got up, opened the door, and yelled at him.
A pretty routine thing for my family.
But that wasn't the point. The point was that when my dad opened the door, I felt cold air come in from outside.
Cold air. Let that sink in for a moment.
The temperature this morning was like 50-something degrees. I stood on the porch this morning for a bit, just to let my brain register that it was cold outside.
It's 55 right now. I love it.
