WEEKS PASSED AND RORY FINALLY GAVE up on convincing the twins to not try and enter the Tournament. Even Angelina had considered entering since she was going to be of age. Marina wasn't in love with the idea, but being the good friend she was, she helped them with their aging potion. The weeks leading up to the arrival of the two schools were filled with anticipation. September slipped away like a moment in time, and before Rory knew it it was October.

Rory was already not enjoying their new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor. Not only was he a complete creep, but he was making them practice unforgivable curses. At first, Rory assumed it was part of their N.E.W.T lessons, until she learned he was making younger years do it as well and it wasn't typically on the curriculum. She missed Lupin. However, she didn't miss Snape and not being in Potions was amazing. Her and the twins had a free period while the rest of their friends were off chopping liver and rat's tails in the dungeons. Her sixth year at Hogwarts wasn't the worst so far.

Her and Cedric did end up having a few classes together. She ended up choosing five classes since History of Magic was incredibly boring to her. Cedric was in her Transfiguration class as well as her Charms class. She didn't mind it. They still talked and joked just as friends. Almost exactly like they were just months before without the factor of them making out from time to time. It was nice to be friends again.

As for the twins, they were getting on just fine with their business. Although it seemed to take a back seat as they focused on trying to get past the age restriction of the tournament. They didn't "perfect" it until just before Beauxbatons and Durmstrang arrived.

Rory rolled her eyes at the sight of Marina and the twins sitting on the floor of the common room around a cauldron, goofy smiles on their faces.

"You three are ridiculous, c'mon or else we're going to miss the arrival and the feast!" Rory said. "Don't you want to see who you'll be competing against."

"Were those... words of encouragement?" George gasped sarcastically.

Rory sighed, "Reserve psychology is my final tactic in giving you two to give this thing up."

The three stood up from off the floor and began following Rory out of the common room. They were being led by McGonnagal to the entrance hall.

"Rory is that a — " Fred pointed at something in her chest.

"A S.P.E.W badge? Yeah, what about it?" She replied. S.P.E.W was Hermione Granger's latest adventure in which she was fighting for the rights of House Elves after finding out they worked at Hogwarts. Rory had met many House Elves in her time at Hogwarts by sneaking into the kitchens. However, she agreed with Hermione and was always up to fight for a good cause. Also, Rory felt bad no one else was joining.

"It's a bit ridiculous though," George said as they approached the entrance hall.

"Follow me, please!" said McGonnagal, "First years in front... no pushing!"
