Niall's P.O.V:
I took a deep breath, sitting inside my car as it was parked in front of her house.
It had been a month, not that long, but long enough.
What if she's moved on? What if she's just gotten over me? What if she's found someone else?
Questions were constantly on my mind, but I knew that if I didn't do this, I wouldn't have a chance. If I left this for a few more months everything could change again and I'm not sure I was ready for that.
Getting out of the car and shutting the door behind me, I locked it and walked up to the front of her place.
I knocked on the door, taking a deep breath as I thought of things to say.
She opened the door and I almost burst into tears; she was so beautiful and I had missed her so much.
"Y/N, I-I your just as beautiful as you always have been, to me." I said, letting out a shaky breath.
"Thank you." She blushed, the surprise evident on her face as she looked at me.
"What are you doing here?" She asked, confused.
"Did you miss me?" I asked and her eyes widened in surprise.
"Niall, we broke up a month ago and we haven't spoken since, it's been hard." She sighed.
"I know, but did you miss me? Please, I need to hear you say it and if you didn't then I need to know that too." I told her, desperately.
"I did miss you Niall and I still do, so much." She admitted, taking a deep breath.
"Do you? Um, do you want to come in?" She asked, nervously.
"Yes, please. If you don't mind." I said, stepping inside and she shut the door behind me.
"Niall, of course I don't mind. We spent three years together, that doesn't mean nothing to me." She said, with a nervous laugh.
"That's the thing, we had three amazing, special, beautiful years together and I don't understand why we had to break up in the first place." I sighed as my eyes began to water.
"We weren't working out, we were arguing." She replied.
"Everything seemed unfixable and we didn't know what to do, we agreed that this was for the best." She added.
"But couples argue, I know we argued a lot and that's what mostly went wrong, but I want to put things right. Your all I've thought about for this past month and I wanted to come here and tell you, but I didn't. I wanted you to be happy and if you are, then I'll walk away. But if your not, I want to try my best to make you feel loved again because I haven't stopped loving you." I explained and her eyes began to water, as mine were.
"Niall, this is so unexpected, I don't know what you expect me to say." She said.
"I don't either." I sighed as we both became silent for a moment.
"You still wear my hoodie?" I asked, as she had said it to be her favourite and she nodded.
"I'm sorry Y/N, I thought you would be better off without me, I would've come sooner if I had have thought it would've been better for us." I reassured her.
"Niall, your everything I think about. Do you really think I'd be better off without you?" She scoffed, tears falling down her cheeks.
"No, princess, please don't cry." I said, reaching my hand out for her as she declined me.
"Do you think I'd have moved on by now? Do you even realise how much I love you?" She exclaimed and I bit my lip, nervously.
"I don't know, I love you with everything I am and I hoped that you felt the same. I'm sorry." I said and she sighed, wiping her tears with the sleeve of my hoodie.
"Baby." I cooed, opening my arms out for her as she accepted, wrapping her arms around my waist and placing her head on my chest.
"Y/N, I was wondering if you would give me another chance. This is why I came here and I want to give our relationship another chance." I said, holding her closer.
"I would love to give you another chance, if you would give me one." She said and I kissed her forehead.
"Of course I will, you don't know how much I've wanted to be with you again, how much I've missed you and how much I love you." I said as she placed her head in the crook of my neck, the feeling of love familiar in my stomach as she did so. The feeling I felt for her all of the time.
"I love you too Niall, but you know we have to work on things." She said, pulling away and I wiped her tears away with my thumbs.
"I know baby and I'm willing to work for this. For you." I told her and she smiled, leaning in to kiss me.
"The way I feel when you kiss me hasn't changed." I told her, pulling away.
"It's feel the same about you." She whispered back as I pulled her in for hug, cherishing the moment as much as I could.
"Your still the one." I whispered.
"Hmm?" She hummed, looking at me intently.
"Your still the one, princess. Your still the one for me." I told her, leaving a gentle kiss to her forehead.
