Fears and Worry...

Everest first texted Marshall,

Everest: Marshall, Chase is not doing good I need some support

Marshall: I want to come for both you and Chase but I have Lizzie and I am not sure she wants to sit in the hospital is he okay?

Everest: Dr. is worried about his leg, its really bad Marshall I am so worried

Marshall: Man I wish I could be there, how is Chase though like is he in pain?

Everest: They have him sedated they are worried he might move to much and re break his leg while they try and get the swelling to go down. I am not even really sure what is going on

Marshall: let me see what I can do about Lizzie, I might be able to come if I can find someone to watch her. I'll keep you updated

Everest: Its okay if you can't, I can always just text someone else

Marshall: If you need to do that but I am still going to see if I can come and hug you, my girl is hurting and I want to be there

Everest: you are so sweet, thanks Marshall

Marshall: Don't thank me yet I have do deal with my sister first

Everest texted Skye and Rocky next knowing they were together,

Everest: Chase is not doing good I am literally freaking out

Skye: Oh no is he okay?

Everest: he is in a lot of pain his leg is bad and they are trying to figure it out, he is sedated right now but my worry level is through the roof

Skye: I am coming

Rocky: Me too!

Everest texted everyone else an update,

Everest: hey all Chase's leg is getting worse Dr thinks he might need more surgery. I am worried but I am trying to remain hopeful. Everyone texted back concerns and prayers really hoping Chase would be okay.

Skye and Rocky showed up and Skye went straight to Chase and kissed his head,

Skye: What's going on? fill me in

Everest: I don't really know myself, Rocky maybe you have an idea

Rocky: about what?

Everest gently moved the blanket off his leg and both Skye and Rocky gasped

Rocky: Jeez, I don't know it might just be from the surgery but I am not a doctor and it could be a number of things

Skye: My poor baby, its almost likes its turning blue

Everest: That is from the ice, the nurses will be back any minute to take it off actually

With that being said 3 nurses walked into the room and Chantelle greeted them,

Chantelle: Hello, I will talk to the doctor about getting him moved to a private room 

Everest: thank you, I am sorry I am just worried for him

Chantelle: Its totally fine sweetie, I understand and we were thinking about it anyways we know he has a lot of friends

Everest could have hugged her but she didn't know if it would be inappropriate, once the nurses were done they left the room. A tray of food was brought in and Everest looked at it and sighed
