Chapter 77

Few more hours had passed by, Maa had already left after making sure Shehnaaz had her meal. Yuvi, Madhav and Zoe were taking care of everything including Shehnaaz's comfort. All this extra care made her feel so blessed to have such friends around her.

Sidharth had slightly opened his eyes to see Madhav, Yuvi and Zoe staring at him which almost gave him a mini heartattack.

"What the fu*k?....... Why are you guys staring at me like that?" he asked in weak but scared voice.

They didn't say anything but they looked relieved. Zoe immediately called the doctor who came and checked him, after letting them know that Sidharth is doing all fine he left.

"Uth gae superman? Bada hero banne gaya tha na, dekh apni halat dekh ek bar..... 2 hafte tak toh tujhe yaha se hilne ny denge doctors" Yuvi's  sarcastic comments were making everyone laugh in the room except he himself. Sid too gave a light chuckle.

"Tum sab haslo kamino iske sath.... idea bhi hai kitna risky tha aise yeh sprained ankle ke sath aise Sana ke piche piche jana" he scoffed while others tried to control their laugh and act serious in front of him, he wasn't though.

"My ankle was sprained that's it" Sid spoke.

"Haan but ab tut gaya hai ...... vo dekh" he pointed towards his leg which now had plaster on it. Sidharth looked at him baffled.

Yuvi being the kind of friend he is went on scolding Sidharth while the other two stood their silently not daring to speak in between at all.

"Chup kar ja yaar abhi toh utha hu..... thoda rest karne de!!" Sid stopped him in between.

"Haan yaar Yuvi chal bas kar de baki ka usko baad mei dant lena aaj ka kota khatam hua" Madhav spoke in favour of his poor friend. Yuvi glared at him before leaving the room. If he would have continued to stay inside he knew he would again start scolding him and won't be able to control.

"Chod Sid usko thoda shant hone de..... yeh bata ab kaisa feel ho raha hai?" Zoe smiled excitedly looking at her friend.

"Tu kyu itni excited ho rahi hai mujhe hospital bed par dekh kar?" he narrowed his eyes in suspicion.

"Kamine tujhe hosh mei dekh kar khush hu!!" she scoffed hitting his arm slightly and the three of them burst out laughing for no reason.

"Chalo abhi pakao mat bahar jao aur meri biwi ko ander bhejo yarr..... tumlog kya idhar dera jama kar baithe ho.... Sana kaha hai?" he asked with his weary but impatient voice.

"Haan vo doctor ke cabin mei hai Gaurav ke sath aati hogi abhi" Madhav informed.

Sidharth also remembered how wrong he was about Gaurav all this while. He was never involved with anything but was there to help them, he will definitely apologize to him for that but inside he was still not ok with Sana being with Gaurav right now, instead she should be beside him.

Zoe and Madhav very well knows his friend since childhood and understands what's going inside his head only by looking at his expression.

Zoe then snapped at him "Oyee zyada jealous hone ki zarurat ny hai tere bare mei he baat karne gai hai doctor ke pass aur Gaurav abhi 1 ghante mei airport ke liye nikale ga..... he's going back to Delhi"

"Lo Shehnaaz bhi aa gai" Madhav said as Shehnaaz entered with her teary eyes and a smiling face, wasting no second she landed in his arms and started sobbing. He hugged her equally tight consoling her that he was alright now. The duo left the adorable couple to spend sometime alone together and moved out.

"Tu bohot ganda hai Sidharth aise aise kaam karta hai tu..... tujhe kuch ho jaye toh mera socha hai kya hoga" she whined snuggling in his chest.

"But mai yahi hu na baba.... mai kahi nahi ja raha kabhi tujhe chod kar samjhi gadhi!! Aise he tujhe pareshan karu ga .........aur protect karta rahu ga no matter what" He said the line mentally to himself.
