AUTHOR'S POV

After going through the highways, and tollgates, the lorry stopped at a place. Shaurya and Kiara were still sleeping in each other's arms when shaurya jerked awake when the vehicle stopped abruptly.

He noticed that the vehicle stopped at some place, he removed the cover from them which was actually the cover to cover the goods, and it wasn't morning yet, somewhere at 3-4 o'clock.

He scanned the place, by rubbing his eyes. Kiara was hugging him like a koala, hiding her face in his chest, her hair covered her face and hands crumbled his shirt in her loose fists.

He smiled looking at her, he hugged her again and assured himself that she is right here with him and pecked her head lovingly.

Lack of coldness and the realisation of the vehicle not moving anymore woke her up. She upped her face and rubbed her eyes looking at his face, he smiled at her and she realised how close their faces are, making her turn red.

"Hi..." He said, as he too sensed the closeness between them and it kinda became awkward for both of them. She gulped and removed her arms which was hugging him till now.

Both of them cleared their throat with a red face and decided to get down. He jumped out first and held her hand helping her to get down, when she was about to jump, he circled his arm around her legs and swing her around on his shoulder making her shriek.

"Put me down!" She shrieked with a chuckle making him laugh at her.
"C'mon, I am just helping you," he replied to her and carefully kept her down.

She glared at him playfully and started walking somewhere as she couldn't handle the hotness stalked up in her cheek, moreover she didn't want him to see it as she knew that he would not keep quiet if he did.

"Hey, where are you going?" He asked her, and followed her with a chuckle. They both have no idea about this place. It's still dark so they can't really figure out where they are but it does seem like a village.

They walked towards no where, it's a place unknown to them and they had no idea about where to go and whom to ask help. There was no sign of people, they entered the streets and noticed the house.

It was a rural area, so there were small huts, cottages, chalets and few medium high building. The scent of Cattles hit their noses when they walked down the streets.

"Damn, it's giving me my hometown vibe," Kiara said, looking around, even though the place wasa little untidy for Shaurya, Kiara didn't mind it.

"Why is this place so dirty?" He said, masking an 'eww' face which made her sigh.

"You haven't been to Village side, have you?" She questioned. "No," He replied to which she nodded her head with a 'hmm'.

After walking for few more minutes, they found a light glowing somewhere, they walked towards the direction and found a dhaba. Just when they laid their eyes on it, Kiara's stomach grumbled.

She smiled sheepishly scratching her head to which he smiled at her and held her hand, walking towards their current restuarant to have their dinner.

When they reached the place, they were kinda shocked to see the person sitting in that place. He looked like a north Indian and was listening to late 80's Bollywood songs.

"राजस्थान के तापमान में वृद्धि, धूप जारी रहेगी और एक सप्ताह. (Rajasthan ke thapmaan mein vridhi, dhoop jaari rahegi aur ek sapthaah)" Shaurya read the template attached to it.

Translation:

Rajasthan's temperature will rise, high heat will continue for another week.

"Bhai sab, ye konsa jagah h?" [Which place is this brother?] He asked the person who was wearing a turban. That man looked at him weirdly, he looked behind him, at Kiara and focused on his work, "Rajasthan," he replied, continuing to do his work and spitting the paan on the ground making shaurya mask a disgusting face.

He turned around and saw Kiara who had a little shocked face by now. "Aaj ki Tarik kya h?" [What's today's date?]  He asked that man, to which he poked his cheek with his tongue, and replied, "Aug 7,"

Kiara gasped as she realised that they have been sleeping under that cover for a whole day. "Ek newspaper milega?"[Can I get a newspaper?] He questioned again.

"Today's newspaper didn't come yet," he replied, not even caring about replying him. He behaved as if a person like shaurya was not even standing there.

"What about yesterday's?" He asked again, he was not interested in talking to him too as he realised that this guy doesn't deserve his time.

That man, opened a drawer and gave him yesterday's newspaper, which happened to be Times now newspaper.

He sprinted towards Kiara, she watched him keenly and both of them turned the pages in a rush.
"Due to some personal reasons, the marriage of the CEO of S2 Entertainment had been halted: Said the Personal secratary of CEO," Kiara read the article and sighed.

"God, Vinay," Shaurya sighed in relief and glanced at her to which she blinked her eyes assuring him.
"Hope everything is going fine there," He wished again and walked back to the dhaba.

"2 chai please," he ordered and they took their seat on the wooden table present there and started reading the whole article. They were somehow lucky that their photos was not published. Shaurya thanked Reyansh in his mind as he knew that he could be the only one who could've did this.

Their tea arrived after 2 minutes, the dhaba didn't have any food, so they just had a bun and left.
It was about 5 AM and people started coming out along with the sun.

They walked, not knowing where to go and observed the place. They noticed the real beauty of the place only when a little light was seen.
The could see green fields, and lakes, surrounded by pebbles.

Kiara washed her face in it and they again walked more inside. Whenever he attempted to talk to someone, they would give him weird glances and distance themselves from him catching them off gaurd.

"Do I look like I will bite?" He questioned her. "I wonder the same. I am lowkey afraid that my standards lowered," she said, attempting to make fun of him to which he pouted and looked away making her chuckle at him.

"I can't walk anymore..." Kiara said, scrunching and holding her knees and they took a seat near a house, which had a pad to sit.
