When she got up she was scooped by him from back and she was completely wrapped inside his arms.

She planted a kiss and moved to wash her face. Went to kitchen for water. Called pratik after seeing his missed call.

P: you're at his place?

T : why are you so snoopy?

P : this time if something comes up..

T : nothing will come up. I did everything perfectly.

P :fine.

T: I know you're still thinking.

P: can't help it. It's you.

He got up and came out.

K: morning.

T: good morning.

He signalled to ask if she's on a call.

She looked at the phone for few Seconds before she spoke.

T: it's pratik. Talk to him. He's worried about me.

He grabbed the phone without much hesitation.

P : teja.. Tejaaaaaaa. I'm

K : hello

P : hello

K: hi pratik.

P: hi bhai.

He smiled at the bhai word.

K : All good??

P : ya...um..how about you.

K: All okay. Tell me one thing how did you mange for last 25 years with her.

P : it will take one day to cover everything.

She pulled the phone and kept it on speaker.

K: sure.. We need to catch up for that.

P: definitely .

K: just talk to uncle anuty and make sure like last time she hasn't made any blunder.

Pratik laughed.

T: shut up.

P : 80 percent chance she didn't do it correctly.

K: I'm glad we're on the same page.

T: yeah.. Sure... Cutting the call.. Bye.

He looked at her amused.

T: was it good?

K: he sounds sorted.

T: he had been really worried but won't show it. So I thought may be talking to you might ease his mind.

K: so I assume he knows about us.

T: I never confirmed but he knows.

K : what's there if your parents know as well.

T : they're going to start inquiring that's the problem. They'll start worrying just by reading something in Google and will not stop.

K: how does that change if you say it later.

T: if I'm 10000% sure then I can assure them. Don't question this.

He nodded.

T : your family doesn't even know anything.
