It was morning and Newt woke me up really early. "Why are you waking me up so early," I asked yawning. "We need to make your job and then I need to run the maze," he said. I shot up. "You run what's it like," I asked. "Scary and I don't know," he said. I walked with him to a building. We had a few people including Gally, Minho, Alby and others. Zart looked at me weird but I went next to Newt. "Kay greenie I have narrowed it down what do you want," he said surprising me. "I don't know a runner," I said. He laughed. "Your not being a runner," Alby said. "Why," I asked. "You just can't it's not what you think," he said. "Then I don't care," I said. He sighed. "Okay how about this you get five days to be a runner and run the maze but if you die I'm not going to be sorry," Alby said. "Okay," I said. "What she can't be a runner," Newt said from behind me.
"Why not," I asked.
"Because it's too dangerous," he said like I was stupid.
"I'm not your problem and I can take care of myself," I said b
"Well," he stopped then looked like he was going to say something. But walked away. It was awkward everyone was looking at me.
"I'm being a runner," I said. Then walked away.
