~~~~6 MONTHS LATER~~~~
He was having a lucid dream again. He knew he was dreaming because of the amount of control he had in the events of his dream. While he was unconscious, he could determine the level of his own happiness, and manipulate the actions and emotions of characters that could bring him any desired fulfilment. Like a movie director, every single layer of that moving picture, was his to play with. Like the screenwriter of that plot, he could determine how to make every single paragraph of that text lead the whole piece to a happy ending.
He dreamt of a certain evening, one that never left his mind. However, how that fateful evening ended, had a very different version of reality in his dream.
He was at the waiting room of a hospital, since his mother was brought to the ER. His family was there, as well as Hyunjin. He was also surrounded by his friends, who were kind enough to give him the support he needed at that difficult moment. He was glad to have them there, but he wondered where his fiancé was. Mark was supposed to bring them coffee and he hadn't returned yet. An eerie feeling of déjà vu started to bother him. Jinyoung had a bad feeling about his absence, and his guts told him that he should prepare himself for the worst. After all, a similar situation had happened before.
Therefore, he went to check the cafeteria, where Mark supposedly went to grab the coffees. To his dismay, the place was closed, completely empty, and all lights were out. He tried to call his fiancé, but he wouldn't pick up. When he decided to return to the waiting room in order to see if Mark was already there, his phone died, and for some strange reason the phones of all the others who were with him in that waiting room had no signal. Mark was still nowhere to be seen.
Suddenly a very secretive Hyunjin came close to Jinyoung and started whispering in his ear.
"Charlie Brown Café, 3rd floor. Don't tell him that I told you."
The boy grinned and gave him the thumbs up. Jinyoung was confused for a while. He had no idea that there was a 'Charlie Brown Café' on the 3rd floor of that hospital, but he still got into the elevator and went looking for it.
By the time the elevator doors opened, a lovely surprise was waiting for him. He had no idea how his family and friends had gotten there so fast, since they were in that cold waiting room with him a second ago. Nevertheless, they were all there on the 3rd floor of the hospital, inside the café Hyunjin had mentioned. Even his mother was there, laughing and chatting with his father and Bo Young. She was all dressed up, and looking very healthy. It seemed that her fainting at the mansion was just an act, in order to bring them all there and organize the surprise.
He was fascinated by the whole scenery. Yugyeom and Bambam were holding a poster with the cliché message:
"Your wedding day will come and go, but the love cultivated after 777 dates, will forever grow."
Jaebeom and Youngjae were placing flowers and other ornaments all over the place, while Jackson and Hyunjin were in front of a huge speaker trying to decide which wedding ceremony song should be played on the occasion.
Jinyoung was about to ask them who was about to get married at a café inside a hospital, but before he could even open his mouth, he felt a hand grab his. That touch made all the hairs of his arms stand up. The air became lighter and his breathing accelerated. He felt his own heartbeats increase. He knew who was getting married that day then.
"Wow! Are you nervous? It's okay if you are, I am too. After today, we're husband and husband. I can't believe it's really happening. I never thought I would be doing this kind of thing one day, but here I am. Here we are, and I don't regret it." Mark said as he gave him a breath-taking smile.
