"Says the guy who carries around 'make s'mores, not war' smelling hand sanitizer unironically" he shot back, holding up the container to read it.
"They're cheap, you can buy like five for a buck at the gas station" he grabbed for it, "but since you clearly don't want it—"
"No, no, I never said that. I'm gonna keep it!" He held it up out of reach, causing Peter to give in "but I'm gonna laugh my ass off at you every time I use it" he smiled, putting it in his pocket.
Peter huffed in defeat, pulling the notes from his bag.
"That's the last time I ever try to be nice to you" Peter zipped up his bag, straightening out the papers he had, "I've got my own notes by the way—"
"Hey, no, wait, you're missing something" Harley pointed to Peter, halting his process to get focusing.
"What?" He asked, looking around the desk to see if he left anything out.
"The spider scar, show it to me" Harley asked. Well.. demanded.
"Hmm" Peter thought, tapping his chin, "you weren't the nicest today, you know".
"No wait, you can't do that, give me sympathy points! I'm injured and sexy" he pouted, tilting his head as if it actually gave any leverage.
Peter quirked his head with a thinking face. "I don't know.." he started.
"Come onnn, you're not gonna deny the hottest guy in existence to see a cool scar, are you?" Harley asked, putting his hands on his chin like he was a five year old trying to mimic the puppies in an animated tv show.
"Yeah, I think I am going to. Guess you'll have to change that attitude" Peter grabbed some of the papers, showing he was focusing on his work right now.
Harley let out a loud groan, slapping the binder against his face.
"You know what?" He said, slamming it back down on the table, "I did ask for this you know. I asked for Evil Peter. I deserve this" he admitted, flipping it open and pulling out the rest of the papers.
"Glad we can agree on one thing" Peter said confidently, separating his notes from Harley's.
"He's even more hot than I thought he'd be" Harley continued, acting as if he hadn't even heard what Peter said, his voice not changing.
Peter's eyes widened, but he thought he'd done a better job at hiding his surprise from last time. He brought his finger to his mouth, gnawing at the nonexistent nail.
"So, I think the biggest debate from what you gave me was what floor are we going for? You know, the thick or thin tire thing you went on a page and a half about" Peter ignored him verbally, wiping his hands on his pants before picking up the papers again.
"Yeah, I wanted to talk about that before I continued, see what you thought" he sighed, looking over some of the papers himself.
They ended up deciding on smooth ground, since most of the workshop and workplaces they'd be using would be a flat surface, so it'd make it easier for the testing phase. They moved on to the materials it'd be made out of outside of the engineered guts.
"I have a 3D printer at my house" Harley suggested, "we could make the casing out of that".
"Good idea, how well are you with sizing and modeling?" He asked, wanting to give Harley a chance to do some big things while he went home and threw together all of the stuff they would be planning now.
"Not too bad, although I'm not the best with wire spaces.. either we figure out how to do that or find another way to attach the voice box" Harley replied, Peter realizing that he was now looking over his notes.
