Wedding Day Chronicles
TW: PREGNANCY! (?)
"ALTHEA I SWEAR TO GOD- If you don't get your ass on this chair!!" Zaya screamed and I stopped pacing around the room, I was worried about two things, uh no scratch that, I was worried about many things.
What if I looked ugly?
What if my father couldn't walk me down the aisle for some preposterous reason?
What if Cardan left me at the alter?
I sat down and let Zaya do my makeup with my mind racing, "You gotta calm down, unless you want to trip down the aisle of course" I looked at her terrified, "You're not helping" I deadpanned and rolled my eyes. I had calmed down slightly and let her finish, I was currently in my robe with my bridals lingerie under it waiting to put on my dress.
When she finished I stood up and dropped the robe on the floor, "JESUS CHRIST! You're lucky I have a fiancé" Zaya screamed out loud.
"Wheres Lilith and Rita?" I asked looking around the room for my other bridesmaids.
"I don't know," She shrugged and placed a hand on her hip pouting"Probably somewhere fucking, their makeup sex is getting annoying"
I burst out in laughter and fix the straps of my dress on my shoulders, I tilt my head looking at it in the mirror, I pass my hands over the flat surface of it, "You look beautiful" Zaya comes up next to me.
"Don't make me cry!" I yell playfully and we both laugh, "It's almost time, are you ready?" She said and I nodded. My father knocked on the door and peeked his head in, he was dressed elegantly in a black suit with his hair gelled black.
"Dad!" I hugged him tight, "Hey princess!" He hugged me back with just as much force, We separated and a sniffle came from him, "I never thought I'd see the day where you got married" He wiped a tear coming out of my eye. He gave me his arm, and I took it moving to the door's entrance, placing the veil over my face.
Zaya and Alion, the maid of honor and best man, entered after the flower girl, their daughter Rosaline who had fun with spreading out the red rose petals seeing as they were also on the guests who laughed at her antics.
Lilith and Rita went next. Odessy and Bruce who came from Virginia where they currently reside went last. I took a deep breath and the large doors opened revealing the most beautiful waterfall I've ever seen. My eyes went towards the guests and greeted some of them before turning my eyes to my future husband. His eyes were almost glossy enough to spill, my father kissed me on the cheek before whispering something to Cardan and hugging his future son-in-law.
