Now hear me out for I know you are all looking at me with the most raised eyebrows but I just want to say something first, I know as of right now big mom does not look anything like what she does in her youth so I propose a work around and that is she regains her youth with the power of a devil fruit and be added to the harem. This does mean though that members of her crew that join the harem will only be allies and not be apart of the crew.
Also if your wondering how the heck will your ship even fit this many characters with some of them even being giants then don't worry for the ship does get upgraded further into the story.
