You an Damon are secretly dating because you guys don't want everyone to know just yet, you are good at hiding until an obstacle gets in the way

You were dating your long time crush Damon and he was nothing up a perfect gentleman and you were falling or each other hard. When he finally plucked up the courage to ask you out you were so shocked but sooooo happy. You guys also recently just became official, to each other. You didn't want to tell the others just yet because you didn't want them to intrude in your relationship together and you know there will be non stop questions, especially from Caroline Bonnie and Elena.

So you were currently in your kitchen cooking dinner for all of the gang because they were coming over for a movie night, Damon came over early to help you and also spend time with your before the others get here.
"how long till they arrive?" Damon asks snaking his arm around your waist
"About ten minutes" you say and you put seasoning on the sauce and he spins you round and kisses you
"But I want you all to myself" he says kissing you again and you put your hands in his chest pulling away
"Well, they will be here soon so you are going to have to learn to share" you say winking then going to the cupboard to bring out plates to set in the table. Damon helps and just as you finish setting the table the doorbell rings and you go to answer it and see the girls standing there
"We brought Wine" Caroline says stepping in the house and she notices Damon standing by the table
"Why are you here?" he says and he smirks
"Nice to see you to Blondie" and she rolls her eyes as he makes a face

"I was doing some errands and when I was done I was close by so I just thought I'd come early is that a crime?" He says and she looks at him suspiciously
"Ok" she says and turns back to you
"Very un like you Damon, I'm impressed" Elena says and he rolls his eyes
"Shall we pop open the bottle?" You nod taking it to your kitchen.

Once everyone arrives you all sit down and just relax for the night because you have been running round on crazy missions for what seems like forever now and you just want to be normal 20 year olds for a change, or almost 200 year olds. Every so often you would catch Damon's eyes and you would share a quick moment without anyone looking.

"Thank you Y/n for a great meal" Matt says and they all nods in agreement
"Aw guys" you say standing up and collecting in the plates and Elena helps you
"You guys go through to the lounge and pick a movie and I'll bring one popcorn" you say and they all move to your lounge and Elena comes with you to kitchen to help
"Can you and Damon just get together already? Have you seen the way he looks at you?" She says act shocked
"What's no! It's Damon, he isn't the girlfriend type plus I don't like him in that way" you say lying your ass off and she sighs
"Come on are you both that stupid that you don't realise you both like each other" She says and you get saved by the ding off the microwave. You smile at her getting the popcorn out the bag and poring it into the massive bowl and head back into the living room. You squeeze in between Stefan and Tyler. When you sit down Tyler puts his arm round your shoulder so it is more comfortable for the two of you and you can feel the glare from Damon every so often.
