You cheat on him
You are an actor, who came to the US to get your big break with your agent and have gone across America doing different auditions. During this time you met Kol Mikaelson, who you are in love with and he is the best boyfriend you have ever had. Over the past two years he has helped you read lines, taken you to auditions and has even done one with you. You have been an extra in a few films and tv shows and have also done some plays. You are so grateful for these opportunities, however you dream to one day book your first lead in a film

Earlier this week you got a call back for a big blockbuster film which you would co star alongside Richard Madden who is one of your favourite actors of all time. You are both from Scotland and he is one of your favourite tv shows off all time Game of thrones (true for me, I love him so much!). He watched your final call back with the directors so he got to meet me. You didn't get to read with him but it went really well and they said they really liked your audition so you have high hopes. Today you were with your agent talking about other auditions when he got a call, his eyes widens and he started talking in hushed whispers, he turned round to you smiling
"You got the Richard Madden film!" He says and you screamed hugging him "OH MY GOD"
"We need to go to where they held the auditions they want you to meet Richard and to just talk about the film and read through a few lines to see the chemistry" you almost swoon and grab his arm and drag him to the car. Once you are on route you call Kol, you scroll to the contact

"Hello?"
"Hey! I've got some amazing news!!"
"Woah love slow down, what is the exciting news?"
"I got the movie!!!! With Richard Madden I got it!!" You say
"Love that's incredible, you are going to be a movie star!"
"We are heading to meet the director and do a quick read through to get the chemistry. I can't believe I am going to meet Richard Madden!!" There is a pause.
"Yeah, I'm happy for you love how-"
"Sorry sweetie I have to go, see you when I get home"

You arrive and you see him there, he notices you and stand up
"Hi Y/n, it's great to meet you officially" he takes your hand and puts it to his lips, you cheeks blush and your heart starts to flutter
"Hi, it's an honour to be working with you, I loved you in game of thrones"
"Thank you that means a lot thank you" he says and we both just stare at each other for a moment before he shakes his head and says "shall we get started?" You nod and you both sit down for the table read.

"Wow guys, I mean wow. This is going to be great, you two work perfectly" he says and you and Richard smile
"Right so I'll need you two to come by earlier tomorrow before we fly to England to start the filming" you nod and he stands up and shakes both off your hands. Richards leans in to say 
"You know it's great to be doing a movie with another Scot, finally" you both start laughing and nod
"Yeah, not common huh?"you ask and he makes a face shaking his head.  You guys end up talking for ages after the director leaves. You look at your watch and it's almost midnight
"Oh shit I need to pack" you stand up and so does he
"Yeah so do I jesus. But I'll see you tomorrow" he hugs you goodbye and you catch a taxi to your place. When you arrive you try not to wake Kol, you lightly kiss him in the forehead
"Goodnight love" he says and you snuggle in to him
"Night"

You have been spending the last year filming in London, you haven't seen Kol for a few weeks because you haven't had enough free time and he hasn't been able to leave New Orleans. You and Richard have been getting on so well, and you will not deny the crazy chemistry between you two, but you are with Kol.

One night after a long shoots you and Richard are grabbing a drink in the bar of your hotel
"I've haven't had this much fun in a long time" you say and he nods. Ever since the filming process has started you and Kol have been fighting a lot and struggling for your relationship. Whenever you had free time you tried to go see him but sometimes you just wanted some down time in London where you were filming and he didn't like that because he wanted to see you. You would try and call him but when you had night shoots that was difficult. You tried to convince him to come see you but he didn't want to leave the US

"Me too, and I will admit I haven't met a girl before that I get along with as well as I get along either you" you look at him and you nod
"I really like spending time with you" you say and he nods
"So do I, I really like you" he says, putting his hand on yours. To your surprise you don't pull away. A part of you was screaming for you to pull your hand away and remember your boyfriend but recently it hasn't felt like you had one
"I really like you too" you say. Inside you were like what the hell
"Don't you have a boyfriend?" He says laughing
"He doesn't need to know" you say as you lean in and so does he. There are fireworks, it was like your lips were made for each other. As it gets more heated you pull away
"Let's take this upstairs" you say and he nods.

This went in for another year, you and Richard became a real life couple. You never got the guts to tell Kol because you felt guilty for cheating so you chickened out so you just let him find out through the news. All you did was text him
"I'm so sorry, I couldn't find the words. I hope you find someone that can make you way happier than I did". Kol never replied. But he didn't eventually find someone which made you so happy her name was Davina. You found this out through Klaus who you were still close with. You are still with Richard and are actually engaged. You invited him to the wedding but he never replied which hurt but you understood.

You and Richard were walking the red carpet of the Baftas together, getting your photos taken together. Once you were done you walked off to the side about to go for some interviews when you noticed someone familiar standing not to far in the distance. You saw Kol standing there with a smirk, he mouthed
"Hello love"
