Chapter 95

Allie's POV:

A few days later I was leaving today with the kids and Auston to head back to Chicago as school was starting soon.

All the kids had said their goodbye and were waiting for me in the car and I was talking to Patrick outside the car.

"I'm really proud of you." He said

"Why is that?" I asked

"Just the way you carry yourself, I admire it."

"Goodbye Patrick. I'll see you in two weeks for preseason." I said opening the car door

"Drive safe." He said

"I will." I smiled

He pulled me in for a quick hug and I got in the car. He shut the door for me and I headed back home to Chicago.

I had been on the road for all of 5 minutes and Patrick was calling me. Auston rolled his eyes when he saw who it was.

"What?" I asked answering the phone

"Come back quick." He said

"Why?" I asked

"Just do it.." He said

I did and when I pulled in the driveway I didn't see anything.

"Okay, I'm going to see what daddy needs. I'll be right back." I said getting ready to run in quick

"Probably a blowjob.." Auston mumbled quietly and I gave him a look

I walked inside and saw Patrick running down the stairs with a bag, his hockey bag and sticks.

"What's all that?" I asked

"I'm coming with you guys." He said

"What?" I asked

"We need to spend more time as a family." He said

"Okay, well we have two cars that need to get back to Chicago." I said

"My mom is coming to Chicago in two weeks." He said

"Okay, let me bring the kids in so we can properly leave, turn everything off and not forget anything." I said

I came back in with the kids and Patrick packed everything up and two hours later we all getting in the car. Auston was sitting shotgun when Patrick opened the door and said, "Get your ass in the back."

"Excuse me, I was here first and she's my fiancé." He shot back

"Well I bought this car and she's my wife. Out." Patrick said Auston moved

I was driving and looked at the clock that read 6:36 pm

"Damn, you took forever." I said to Patrick

"Shut up and drive." He said

I laughed and Lauren said, "I'm glad daddy is here."

"Me too." I said glancing at Patrick

"I'm not." Auston said from the back

"Shut the fuck up." Patrick said

I hit him lightly and said, "Watch up your mouth." As there were kids in the car

It was about nine pm and all of the sudden we got a flat tire.

"Okay fuck." I said as the kids were sleeping

Patrick hit me so lightly and said, "watch your mouth."

I laughed and Auston said, "So now what?"
