Presenting this match is the announcer, me, Kakuma Keita of the Shogi club."
I was at the gates with Kidou, my brother, and Asuka. They weren't kidding when they said they were gonna spy on the match...
"It seems like Gouenji has officially joined the team." Jirou said, looking at him while leaning the wall.
In honesty I never expected this at all. I mean, someone from Kidokawa Seishuu just suddenly transferred to a... I can't say it now. I haven't really observed them that much.
"You better get back before someone sees us." Asuka said. "Fine, fine." I muttered. "Remember, since you're benched, take the video of the match and try observing their movements." Kidou commanded.
"Wait, what if I'm subbed?" I asked. "Let the people on the bench video the match." Jirou said. Oh, right. I mentally sweat dropped.
"Just video the match." I heard Kidou mumble. I sighed before giving a curt nod and went back to where Otonashi, Kino, and Megane was. Otonashi noticed my presence, since I was standing instead of sitting down with the others.
"Where did you go?" Otonashi asked me.
"Hehe, I need to go to the toilet." I said, scratching the back of my neck.
"The match is about to start soon. Go on the bench with Megane and," She stopped in mid sentence. "Are you sure you don't want to wear the uniform?" She asked. I looked at my attire, which was the same as what I wore yesterday; a white shirt, a grey jacket and matching grey pants. I have spare ones so I didn't care that much anyway
"It's fine. I feel more comfortable in this anyway. And I won't be able to play yet anyway." I said. Otonashi gave a smile and nodded before the both of us walked to the bench where Megane was sitting, along with Kino.
I just grabbed my phone once I sat down and starting recording. 'Kidou... you're gonna be the death of me one day...' I thought to myself.
"Sakuma-kun?"
I looked at the person, which was Endou. "Ah, Endou-san. You needed something?" I asked.
"You're taking a video?" He asked.
"Yeah. My dad wanted to see the match between you and Occult, since he got hyped up when he heard that you scored against Teikoku." I lied. Well, half lied. Since, my dad really did get hyped when I told him that Raimon that won.
"Oh, and good luck on the match." I said.
Endou gave a cheeky smile before he went to his teammates and...
"They're here Endou!"
And I saw Occult Junior High... wow, freaky. I've heard of grand entrances but this entrance isn't great at all; it's freaky and at the same time, spine chilling. 'How the heck are they gonna concentrate with that creepy aura... it's worse than my brother's when he's angry...'
"How eerie..." I heard Kageno say. I sweat dropped. He's the one with the creepy aura emitting out.
Handa deadpanned. "You're the one to talk."
As they team already lined up, Occult's coach and Raimon's coach shook hands.
"I'm the coach of Occult Junior HIgh, Jikiru Haito." He introduced. "Let's have a good match today."
"L-Let's have a good match." Raimon's coach repeated.
I saw Jikiru-san walk over to Gouenji. 'Maybe he's gonna talk to him about what happened a few days ago.'
