The show had just finished, and Nini was in the dressing room taking off her makeup. "Hey, Nini," Ricky said walking up behind her.
"Hey Ricky, you were great out there"
"Thanks, you were amazing Nini," He said, and Nini blushed.
"Are you going to the cast party?" Nini asked, making eye contact with Ricky in the mirror.
"Actually I was thinking maybe instead of going to the cast party, me and you go to that dinner on Main Street" he suggested. Nini turned around to face him.
"Just me and you? Like a date?"
"Yeah, a date," Ricky said, and Nini smiled.
"A date sounds great, just let me finish up with this and I'll meet you at the exit."
"I'll see you there"

Sorry it took me so long to update and sorry this update is so short. I am in tech for my school's drama department and we put on 4 productions a year so I haven't had much time to write. We're almost done with our first show. We've already done ⅔ of our shows and my crush has gone to both shows so far, so I may or may not be trying to manifest something by writing this.
