Chapter 55: Jafar's Return

(Hi, everyone! Remember that Christmas story I mentioned before? I'm almost done. Hopefully it'll be ready this Tuesday or Wednesday, though, I'm not sure when on either of those, I do hope you're all looking forward to it. (Harmony's) POV:

After leaving Port Royal, we suddenly get a message. On the screen, two familiar chipmunks appear.

"Chip? Dale? What's wrong?" I ask.

"It's that weird reading from before. See, I knew it wasn't a glitch," Chip informs as we all take a look at the map of all of the worlds.

"Yeah! But it's still all cloudy and kinda fuzzy," Dale points out.

"Do you know anything else about it?" Hijikata asks.

"Hmm...Well, we know one thing for sure," says Chip.

"What's that?" Dale asks.

"Whenever Harmony and the others go out and help folks, the reading gets stronger," says Chip.

Mine and my friends' eyes all widen with shock. "It does?" Heisuke asks.

"Gee, I wonder why," Dale says.

"Keep an eye on it and let us know if anything changes," Madison says.

"Will do. We're also going to try and find out more about this reading," Chip informs.

"And while we do, you fellahs just keep on questin'!" Dale exclaims.

"We really are countin' on you guys!" Chip and Dale exclaim in sync, before the screen goes black.

"What did they mean by the reading gets stronger each time we help people?" Mieu asks.

"Who can say? For now, let's take their word and head to the next world," says Harada.

After some careful thought, we decide to go to Agrabah next. When we mentioned to Madison and Sora what happened last time we were there, Madison wanted to go and check on Jafar's lamp for herself, to make sure that he's still locked up inside of it. Little did we know, though, was that things weren't going to turn out as we had hoped.

(3rd) POV:

In the palace dungeons of Agrabah, a red cloud fills up the room. The frightened peddler shakes in fear, with Jafar's lamp right next to him. Iago heard a commotion nearby and decided to investigate. Jafar, who emerges from the red cloud, laughs wickedly in his genie form, pleased to finally be free from his lamp. Once he stops laughing, he notices Iago, coming up with an evil plan that requires his assistance.

"Oh, no!" Iago cries out in agony.

(Harmony's) POV:

Once we arrive in Agrabah, we park the Gummi Ship where no one will find it, hopefully. We then walk into the Peddler's shop, only to be surprised with what we see. Before, it used to be messy and filthy, with barely anything worth selling. But now it looks completely different.

The walls and ceiling have a golden color to them. As for the items, they are all trinkets made of gold with jewels attached and some high quality pottery. The whole thing just takes us completely by surprise, leaving us no room on what to say.
