Meanwhile back at Heartslabyul, Riddle and Glory are spending their pleasant time together with a tea party at the rose gardens while Ace and Deuce are now painting white roses.
"Psst. Ace, you missed a spot." Deuce whispered making Ace blinked before averting his eyes.
"Yeah...I got." Ace mumbled painting the rose completely red. Deuce froze for a minute as he averted his eyes before he could reply.
"Right..." He muttered and turns back to the roses feeling awkward each other as they paint.
"So Ace, how was break?" Deuce asked curiously as Ace paused a bit before scratching the back of his head.
"It's good...how's yours?" Ace asked.
"Aah. It's good. I spend time with my mom and all before we both received a text from Glory-san." Deuce informed as he lets out a slight chuckle.
"And Lemme guess. You bought something for Glor? I wonder what that could be?" He sarcastically asked. Deuce creased his brows.
"Does it really matter? I gave her a gift cuz she's my friend." He reassured but Ace erupted a laughter and whips his head to the bluenette with a frown.
"You dumb or something? I can tell from your face. From what I've seen at the entrance, you were acting really shy around Glor and then you blushed when she brought you into a hug. What friend reacts to a simple hug like that?" Ace taunted irking the bluenette as a blush flares from his cheeks.
"I-I never felt like this to a girl before! Don't laugh! Why do you care about what I do for Glory-san?" He shouted looking irritated. Ace snorted.
"Oh I don't know. Maybe it's because the way you're acting towards Glor at the entrance and you going "bad boy" mode towards those punks who insulted her at the halls two hours ago gives away the fact that YOU love Glor! So just admit it already!" Ace retorted pushing the bluenette's limits.
"And you don't have feelings for Glory-san?!" Deuce barked causing Ace to ball his fists.
"I DO! Ack!" Ace bellowed, but he soon froze and Deuce widened his eyes to hear him unintentionally admitting his feelings for Glory. Soon, his cheeks start to burn before erupting a huff as he grabs the bucket of paint and storms off shocking Deuce.
"Eeh? Ace! Where you-?"
"I'm going to the other side to paint those roses. Do it without me!" Ace snorted while stomping to the other rose bush.
"But-!" Deuce uttered.
"Just go!!" Ace yelled cutting him off. Deuce is left speechless as he lined his lips into a straight line before turning back to the rose bushes with an awkward look.
So that's how you feel, Huh?
Deuce thought as an image of Glory smiling down at him flashed before him. The bluenette clenched his fists and presumes painting the roses, but his eyes says something else.
Sorry Ace, but...I can't let you win!
Deuce thought while painting the roses as he feels the flame igniting his veins.
Afar from the rose gardens, Glory placed her tea cup on the saucer acting like her usual gentle self, but deep down she feels so awkward around him as she felt her heart slowly beating.
Damn, this is so awkward. I don't know which one's weird. Having my heart beat for Trey just a minute ago, me sitting next to one of the five guys that I developed a crush on, or the fact that I'll be fallen for A LOT more guys in Night Raven College?!
Glory pondered. Next to Glory, Riddle is also acting normal, but is actually panicking deep down.
C'mon Riddle! Why are standing there?! Just talk to her! It's exactly what Trey said, remain calm and be nice to her. Simple enough!
Riddle thought while a sweat dripping from his head. Taking his childhood friend's advice, he lets out a sigh and politely placed his teacup on his saucer. Wanting to cut the awkward tension, Riddle and Glory whip their heads to each other.
"So Rabbit/Riddle-." Both of them paused when they spoke at the same time as they averted their eyes while blushing with Riddle stroking his head and Glory stroking her arm before darting their gazes back to one another.
"Umm you go first." Glory ushered, but Riddle shakes his head and waved his hand to her.
"No please, you go first. I insist." Riddle insisted. Glory bit her lower lip with a grimace.
"Well...This might triggered you, but how's your..holiday break?" Glory asked curiously making the dorm head froze sitting there silently as he grips the handle of his teacup.
"My holiday was...okay." Riddle replied nervously grimacing from his last conversation with his mother. Glory can detect his grimace just by staring at him with a sympathetic look.
"...She didn't take it well, I assumed?" Glory guessed and Riddle sighed and shakes his head.
"No...she refused to listen to me. Honestly, I wasn't surprised...It's how I expect from her anyway." Riddle explained. With empathy flowing through her veins, Glory scoots over to Riddle and lays her hand on his shoulder. Riddle spun his head to Glory who is beaming him gently.
"What you did was brave, Riddle. Don't look down on yourself. You did your best to talk to her." She reassured while as Glory gently strokes his shoulder. Riddle smiles softly at the compassionate ravenette.
"Thank you, Rabbit..." He muttered with a small smile as he feels his heart swelling for thr kind ravenette. Glory stops stroking and released her arm from him. She then tucks her strand to her ear and clears her throat.
"So have you been to Trey's bakery during the holiday?" Glory asked curiously. Riddle blinked his eyes before he nodded his head.
"I did...without my mom knowing..." Riddle said as he strokes his head.
"It was a rough for me to make until I made up my mind to go to Trey's bakery." He explained before he sighed.
"In all honesty...I'm quite happy to visit him. It's been awhile since I visited there and...." Then he formed a warm smile with eyes gleam with joy.
"I'm glad to experienced the best holiday with them..." Riddle admitted.
"Nyaa!~ You can't blame Trey's baked goods!!" Che'nya chirped popping his head from the table with a cookie in his mouth. Glory giggled softly.
"I'm glad that you enjoyed your holiday." Glory stated with a sweet grin. Riddle smiled back.
"And I would like to thank you for the gift you gave me." Riddle thanked her. Glory curled her brows with a kind smile.
"How do you like the gift?" She asked curiously as she watched Riddle's face flushed slightly red before he could respond and clears his throat to regain his composure.
"It was quite lovely...I appreciate the gift that you'd gave me. It was really kind of you." Riddle complimented and she smiled warmly.
"I'm glad that you love it." Glory beamed.
"Speaking of which. Where's Cater?" Glory asked curiously.
"He's in the kitchen helping with Trey right now." Riddle informed.
Though I have a feeling that he's doing something other than helping him...
He thought with a skeptical look as Glory blinked her eyes twice and tilts her head at him. Riddle sighs and cuts a slice of the strawberry tart. Then he gives her a slice.
"Don't worry about them, Gloriane. Here, try this strawberry tart that Trey made." Riddle insisted and Glory bobbed her head.
"Sure." She takes the plate of the strawberry tart and takes a fork to slice a half of the tart and took a bite of it. Soon her face perks into a smile as she lets out a sigh.
"Delicious as always." Glory sighed with Riddle smiling softly at her.
"I'm glad you love it." Riddle stated and she smiled back.
"It's been awhile since I've tried his tart. Speaking of, is it ok if I could take three slices back to my dorm? I wanted to share it with Rapunzel, Cassandra, and Eugene." Glory requested and Riddle nodded firmly.
"Feel free, to take a such as you like." He assured her and Glory smiled brightly.
"Thank you, Riddle! You're the sweetest!!" Glory chirped smiling sweetly with Riddle blinked his eyes as a blush flared from his cheeks before darting away while his face heats up.
"...Please don't mentioned it." Riddle reassured while blushing.
"Riddle!"
Soon they both turned their heads to see Ace and Deuce walking up to them.
"Hm? You two finished the roses?" Riddle asked curiously.
"We did, dorm leader!" Deuce complied.
"And my hands are killing me..." Ace whined.
"Very well then. Since you two finished painting the roses, both of you can take a break and grab some treats on the table Trey baked." Riddle advised and both of their faces lightened up and smiled vibrantly.
"T-Thank you, dorm leader!" Deuce thanked him and bowed his head to him.
"Finally! Is there cherry pie around?" Ace asked whipping his head left to right.
"Trey is bringing out right now with Cater helping him out." Riddle informed.
"But feel free to relax. You did work hard on the roses and the flamingos after all, so please unwind yourselves." Riddle reassured and they both smiled.
"Alright. Thanks, Riddle." Ace replied. Ace and Deuce grab a plate to get some treats. Riddle bobbed his head, but soon caught Glory smiling kindly at him.
"It's great that you're being lenient with them, Riddle." Glory complimented. Riddle averts his eyes and ticks his strand to his left ear.
"I'm still not good at this, but...I'm trying my best to balance my life with my studies and my friends." Riddle stated.
"You may not be perfect, but I'm glad that you took my advice, Riddle. You're slowly improving yourself and I respect that." Glory reassured with a sweet smile with Riddle smiling gently at her.
"Thank you, Rabbit." He replied kindly and she smiled softly at him. Soon she tilts her head pondering about Trey and Cater.
I wonder how Cater and Trey are doing over there?
Glory thought curiously.

Meanwhile at the Heartslabyul hallway, Trey and Cater were carrying plates of baked treats.
"So how's break going for you Cater?" Trey asked making the ginger groaned.
"Aaah~~ So exhausted~. My sisters won't stop pestering me about the present that Angel-chan gave to me." He stated before letting out a sigh.
"...It was so annoying~." Cater sighed in a sing song tone. Trey chuckled with a grin.
"They really loved you." Trey pointed out with Cater cringing at his words as he bites his lower lip.
"They're too clingy. They just gotta give me space for crying out loud.~" He ranted as a sigh escapes from Cater once again.
"If only your bakery weren't so busy~." He whined with Trey smiling a bit.
"You know how busy the bakery gets during holiday. Speaking of present, what did Gloriane-san give to you for Christmas?" Trey asked curiously. Cater grins merrily as he thought about the gift.
"It wasn't really bad, but..." He then erupts a soft chuckle while smiling.
"It was nice. She gave me a cute lil Angel keychain! Isn't she sweet?" Cater chirped while gushing. Then he turns to Trey.
"What about you, Trey-kun? What did Angel-chan give to you for Christmas?" He asked curiously. Trey blushed a bit and scratched his left cheek.
"Well...it's something that I didn't expect her to do..." Trey said before he creased his brows at him.
"But you also love her, don't you?" He guessed making Cater froze before smiling warmly.
"I mean...she is cute, but it's just how usually act to other girls." Cater assured.
"But your view did changed when you saw her performance at the Magift performance. You even admit this to us in Riddle's office the other day before the holidays." Trey pointed out. Cater's smile falters when he felt confusion swirling in his mind.
"It's strange...normally, I would act all cheery as usually, but with her...it's different." Cater said.
"Well I wasn't that surprised when I see it. I never seen you act like this." Trey stated as he watched his finger friend stroking the back of his head.
"That's because I never felt like this before..." Cater admitted with a small blush dusted from his cheeks before turning to Trey.
"You also love her right? I heard that you had a private conversation with Riddle last weekend before we head back home for break. How did it go?" Cater asked curiously. Trey avert his eyes trying not to bite his lower lip when thinking about his private conversation with his childhood friend before he shifts his gaze back to Cater.
"Well first off, I'm glad that Riddle didn't get mad at me for admitting my feelings for Gloriane-san. However, both of us don't want to rush our relationship with her since...you know who." Trey hinted with Cater sighing and scratched his cheek.
"Yeah...I can't imagine the pain she went through." Cater stated.
"That's what me and Riddle are doing. We're letting Glory to heal from her pervious relationship with her ex-boyfriend. And if she feels like she needs any help, we'll be there for her." Trey explained.
"So you're going to wait?" Cater asked curiously.
"It's the best thing we can do..." Trey reassured.
Hopefully, if she's completely healed from her past relationship, maybe I'll take myself time for me to tell her how I feel.
He thought hopefully. Cater stares at Trey intently before turning away from him. Soon he looks back on how he first met her at the Heartslabyul entrance to the Mostro lounge performance.
While reminiscing Glory, Cater shakes his head lightly.
...Am I actually falling for her?
Cater thought curiously until Trey caught him off guard with this question.
"Something in your mind?" Trey guessed making Cater flinched and whips his head waving his hand at him letting out an awkward chuckle.
"No! Nothing Trey, just thinking about the holidays!" Cater lied while smiling.
"Mmmmm...don't know if you're telling the truth. You're questioning why you're crushing on Gloriane, is that correct?" Trey guessed while side smiling despite feeling a burning sensation in his chest. Cater froze and scratched his cheek.
"Well...it feels so sudden. First I see her as a friend, but when I saw her performed at the Magift Tournament...my view on her has changed into more than just a friend." Cater admitted. Trey slightly tilts his head to the right while humming.
"Hmmm. How about writing a list in your head. What do you like about her?" Trey asked curiously. Cater took his advice and thought about Glory before a blush crept from his cheeks.
"Well...at first I thought of her as this cute girl, but as I get to know and see her more, I see her as a strong person who isn't afraid to speak up and always stands her ground when someone tries to talk her down or hurt her and she can be scary when she gets mad...." Cater explained before his lips crept into a small smile.
"But she can also be sweet, gentle, and compassionate..." He stated before chuckling a bit.
"It's funny that people sees Angel-chan as Gothel, but she's actually a sweetheart." Cater said. Trey perks a slight smile to his ginger friend with jealousy boiling through his veins.
"...She's genuinely a cool person." He stated.
"Yet so beautiful." Trey admitted with a jealous undertone causing Cater to blink twice before reverting back to his usual cheery smile.
"She is...and I'm glad that Angel-chan transferred to our school." Cater admitted before turning to his friend smiling fondly at him.
"Heartslabyul's been brighter ever since she got to our world. I'm glad to see Riddle-kun slowly improving his ways. But..."
Soon Cater drops his cheery smile and sends Trey a dead serious expression.
"I can't let you, Riddle-kun, or A-Deuce kun to win because I'll shall be the one who will win her over." Cater sternly proclaimed. Trey stated at him with a serious look before pushing his glasses up.
"So this is how it is isn't it?" He asked curiously.
"Depends." Cater bluntly stated with Trey squinting his eyes at him with a frown before turning away.
"We'll see." Trey mumbled with a frown as jealousy boils through his and Cater's body turning away from each other. As soon as they got out of the dorm, Ace's head perks up and his eyes lit up to see his favorite food.
"Alright! Cherry pie's here at last!!" Ace cheered with Cater forcing a smile and flashed a peace sign.
"What up, freshies? We're back~." He merrily sang with Trey chuckling softly at his ginger friend trying to masked his jealousy from him.
"Here's the cherry pie that you've loved." Trey said as he and Cater went over to the table and placed the pie on to the table.
"Aaaaah! Thank you, Trey!" Ace chirped as he chows down the pie.
"No problem. I'm always here to give you baked goods." Trey reassured.
"Well what do you expect for Heartslabyul's best chef boi? He's the cool dad type." Glory joked making the vice dorm leader chuckle.
"The "cool dad" type? I'm not sure if I fit the category..." Trey muttered while smiling awkwardly as he scratched the back of his head.
"Oh come papa Trey-kun. You totally act like one." Cater teased making Trey sighed at his remark.
"Cater, please don't." He pleaded with a exasperated look as everyone giggled, laughed, and chuckled at their banter.
"Is that everything, Trey?" Riddle asked curiously.
"Yeah. That's all the food that's left and that includes savory ones for a certain someone." He implied with a slight smirk making Cater chuckled nervously.
"Ahahaha! Trey-kun, you shouldn't have~." Cater cooed.
"You mean the quiche right?" Deuce asked.
"Has anyone touched it?" Cater asked squinting his eyes shifting his eyes left to right. Glory giggles.
"Nope. Not a single finger." She casually told him causing the ginger to sigh in relief.
"Aah thank god! I wanted to take a picture of it for my Magicam before they ate!~" Cater sighed.
"Why not now? You can still take a pic." Glory reassured and Cater chuckled softly.
"Good point. Can you hold the quiche for me so I could get a good view?" He asked and Glory smiled.
"Sure!" Glory chirped as she got up from her seat and they ambled their way to the table of food. She lifts the pan of quiche to Cater just like he wanted.
"Ready!" Glory shouted as Cater grabs his phone and leans down to placed his phone in an angle for focus.
"Annnnd...." Soon a flash came from his phone and he leans back with a vibrant smile plastered on his face.
"Aah yes! Perfect! This quiche looks so photogenic!!" He cheered.
"Thanks, Angel-chan!!" He thanked her and Glory bobs her head with a warm smile.
"Anytime!" Glory chirped. Soon Riddle cleared his throat balling his fist.
"Enough, talk. Everyone please gather around and sit down. Feel free to eat as much as you like." Riddle insisted.
"Hai!" The Heartslabyul students complied as everyone starts digging in. Glory giggles and placed the quiche back to the table. Then she faced Cater.
"Well I know that you hate sweets, so why not sit down and relax? After all, you did worked hard at your dorm today, so a guy like you deserves a break." Glory reassured as Cater lets out an awkward chuckle.
"Guess so..." He replied, but Glory can hear sorrow from his tone. Not wanting to pressure him into asking, she smiled warmly and walks around the table. She saunters to him and lays a hand on his shoulder baffling Cater.
"Cmon Cater, I'll give you a slice of quiche." Glory insisted with a gentle smile. Cater blushed a bit before smiling back.
"Thanks, Angel-chan." He replied with the boys sending daggers at the cheery ginger haired third year student. As she turns around, Cater grabs her hand that made her heart beat slowly.
Now it's Cater, great....
Glory thought while Cater earned sharp daggers and all of them furrowed their brows and gritted their teeth. Noticing the heavy tension, Glory smiled nevertheless and claps her hands to caught their attention.
"Let's get this tea party started everyone!!" Glory chirped chuckling awkwardly as she grabs Cater by the wrist that caused the ginger to blush from her touch. She then drags him to the table leaving Riddle and the others sending envious daggers at him.
"What's up with her?" Ace asked with a hint of jealousy from his tone.
"Cater never blushed in front of a girl before." Deuce pointed out but Chenya erupts a snicker.
"That's because he's falling in love~. And soon you'll all be falling in love with Sundrop-chan~!" He sang merrily making everyone flinched and blushed at Che'nya's teasing remark. The dorm head's face heats up and Trey spun his head to his best friend.
"Riddle, you o-."
"I'm fine, Trey. Thank you." Riddle curtly replied as he grabs his teacup.
"Would you mind pouring me some tea?" He politely asked while blushing. Trey curls his brows before forming a nervous smile.
"Sure, Riddle." He replied as he walks over to grab the teapot acting naive, but couldn't help but stare at Riddle and the boys with envy. Then he glance at Glory slicing a piece of quiche and gave it to Cater, whom he smiled merrily while laughing cheerily.
Soon Trey felt a sting in his heart as he balled his fists, but shakes his head and walks back to the dorm leader while carrying the teapot.
This is going to be an awkward day...
Trey thought, but what he doesn't know is that this day is going to get worst for Glory. While Riddle sat there clenching his fists against the table with his eyes flare up that sends shivers down to the boys' spines feeling what dilemma is about to unfold...
Once Glory left, I'll be sure to have a serious conversation with all of them....
Riddle thought with a dead serious expression.

Meanwhile at the infirmary, Merlin is sitting at his desk sweatdropping at the cringy scene from his crystal ball.
"My my, this is definitely awkward..." He muttered.
"Jesus. First that weird cat dragged her into Heartslabyul and now there's an awkward moment between Glory and the guys." Grin listed them out before erupting a sigh and folded his arms.
"Love is so confusing..." Grim mumbled.
"Indeed it is, Grim. Indeed it is." Merlin agreed with a disgruntled look feeling like this day is going to be more complicated.
