"Name?"
"Gemma."
"Last name?"

The man peered up at me, eyeing me briefly before turning his attention back to the computer screen.
"Name of Patient?"
"Joker."
Once again, the man stopped typing and he looked up at me in utter shock and disbelief.
"Uh..you do realize that the Joker is a violent offender with very limited...commodities." The man said. "I can't grant you any access, in fact, no one can have access to him other than medical staff and therapists."
I rolled my eyes and sighed at the man's attempts to keep me away from my lover. Pulling out my phone, I sent a quick text to Frost, who waited just outside. Within seconds, another man in a police uniform entered the office we stood in and pulled the man before me to his feet. They walked to the corner and murmured something back and forth.
When they came back to me, they were both sheet white. I watched as they opened the door for me, no further questions asked.
They led me through a dark, narrow hall with molded pipes and a damp, horrid odor. I ignored it as I was led to a bright room. It had a desk and two chairs, and there were several vending machines.
"He'll be right out." One of them muttered before they left. Once they left me alone in the room, I sighed and took a seat in one of the chairs, my heart thumping against my chest.
A small smile swept over my lips at the thought of seeing him after all this time. To be quite frank, this was more than a conjugal visit. We were actually in the middle of busting him out. But I had missed him and I wanted him to realize how capable I was to conduct this sort of operation. He could trust me.

(Joker POV)
I couldn't sleep last night. My hand kept wandering to my crotch, the tape recorder was tucked in my pillow right under my ear. It had been playing til dawn and I was driven to hell and back trying to keep from exploding in my pants.
It was 9 AM. I was still in bed, mentally and physically exhausted from the effort of holding myself back. My willpower was always unquestionably solid but she tempted me, far more than I had ever been tempted before. Looking down I could see my Arkham sweats clearly outline my bulging member. It ached, it leaked, it hurt. It needed relief.
My hands reached down once again, just to grip it. Once. Maybe it would take away the edge, but I immediately stopped as I heard the sound of keys clinking and the lock to my door being undone.
"Mister J.." Someone whispered. I looked at the figure opening the door and I saw one of my men. Instantly, a huge grin overtook me and, completely ignoring my aching crotch, I shot up from the bed.
"Ahhh...Spade! Is this what I think it is?" I asked with a huge smile on my face. Finally!
"Yeah boss, but first I gotta transfer you to the snack room before we begin." He said in a low voice. I watched as he produced a set of handcuffs. "Unfortunately, we gotta stick to the script."
I glared at him for a second before rolling my eyes and allowing him to put the handcuffs on me. Once they were on to the front of me, I looked over to the bed. "There's a tape recorder in the pillow. Don't forget to take it."
He nodded and pulled me out of the room. As we walked, I wondered what awaited me. How would it go down? How many guns would be involved? When would I get to see Frost?
When would I get to see my gem?
I grinned as I looked down again, the bulge in my pants overly apparent. I chuckled to myself as I remembered all the ways I wanted to make love to her.
When we reached the snack room, Spade instructed me to stay in the room no matter what. I nodded and walked in.
I froze when I realized whose eyes I was looking into. Gemma. My gem. She was beautiful.
She was...here.
She looked back at me with those mesmerizing eyes of hers, her lips curving up to form a beautiful smile.
Before I knew it, she had her arms wrapped tightly around me, her lips shadowing over mine as she stared back at me through narrowed eyes.
"J..." her warm breath swept over my nostrils and I chuckled before pushing my lips against hers. I couldn't waste anymore time than I already had. Swiping my arm along the table, I cleared it of the few things like empty wrappers and towels. I pushed her onto the table, quickly climbing over her.
(Normal POV)
J grunted at the feeling of his bulge digging into Gemma, his desperate humping against her making her giggle. He growled as he brought his hand down and grabbed himself, squeezing slightly, providing some relief as he brought it out of his pants. Before Gemma could peer down to take in the sight, he grabbed her throat and pushed her back down on the table.
Glancing quickly at her attire, he easily tore off the material at her crotch and aligned his aching member at her opening.
Gemma stared up at him in lust, taking in the sight before feeling him begin to dig into her.
As soon as he thrusted in with a loud grunt, gunfire erupted right outside the room. Gemma's eyes widened but Joker kept his focus. His sharp hard thrusts only quickened as the gunfire continued. Gemma whimpered in a mixture of fear and lust as she heard the commotion get louder and louder. Seems like they were getting closer.
Joker growled as he gripped Gemma's throat and kept her gaze on him.
"Focus on me." He demanded between breaths, continuing to slam his hips against her, grunting with each thrust.
Gemma looked up into his predatory eyes as he continued to fuck her with all the pent up rage and tension running through his veins.
Her eyes focused on every feature on his face and neck as he continued to rock her.
God, she had missed him.
And the gun battle right outside wasn't letting out. There were screams and groans and cries coming from them but Gemma somehow felt her orgasm coming harder and faster due to all the noise.
"Ohhh J..." she gasped as she arched her back and let go, frozen in a moments bliss before panting and coming down from her high. Meanwhile J had used the opportunity to deliver sharper, sloppier thrusts. He wouldn't last long anyway. Not since last nights temptations.
With a loud grunted, he pulled out of her and Gemma watched as he coated her lower extremities with his fluids. He collapsed over her for a second before gathering up her hair in his fist and pulling her to a lusty kiss.
As soon as they pulled away from each other, there was dead silence.
The gun battle raging outside the door was no more.
Joker turned his gaze back to the door, still crouching over Gemma.
Once the all clear was given, the pair had straightened their clothing and walked out of the snack room followed closely by Frost and dozens of guards. Several patients ran loose around them, some making their getaway through the front gates.
Gemma grinned at her J and put her head down on his shoulder as they walked to the large swat vans she had arrived in.
"I hope you liked your surprise, J." She giggled.
With a grin, J swept her off her feet and carried her bridal style onto the back of the swat van.
"I'm not done with you yet."
