After leaving Pierre's dance party it left me with many confused feelings. I had one guy that was interested in me and wanted to do something about it. Then, I had another guy who I couldn't have but I desperately wanted.
He likes me too don't get me wrong, but we both know we can't. I have more reasons than him that I can't be with him. You know what this calls for drastic measures. I need to talk to the smartest most wisest person in the world. Someone who can get my head on straight and point me in the right direction into what I want. Bonnie......
"Let's take a break at the next Pokemon center." Clemont says.
"Yeah, I'm starving." Ash says.
"When are you not hungry?" I snort and he just nudges me playfully.
"A lot of times." He defends with a pout.
"When are those times?" I laugh and he laughs with me.
"Shut up." He says rolling his eyes which makes us both laugh harder for no reason.
"Clemont? Are Olivia and Ash okay?" Bonnie asks.
"They just have a loose nut in their heads Bonnie." Serena giggles.
"It happens when you don't eat your vegetables." I fake gasp and rest my hand on my forehead dramatically.
"Hey guys!" I hear up ahead and we all look to see Sawyer. That same dude that helped us with Team Flare.
"Hey Sawyer it's been a while." Clemont says.
"Yeah it really has." Serena says.
"Yeah, and I wanted to know if I could have a battle with you Ash." He says.
"With me?" He asks.
"Yeah a three on three pokemon battle." Sawyer says.
"Oh you're on!" Ash says with a lot of confidence.
"I guess that's the only time his hunger is put to the side, is when he's battling." I say and the others nod.

We get to the pokemon center and it takes a lot of persuading to get Ash to eat first before his battle with Sawyer. I have to remind him that his pokemon need to eat first so they can have the energy and that's what gets him to sit down and eat.
"So I haven't really got the chance to know you Olivia, is it true that your the Champion in four regions?" Sawyer asks.
"It's five regions, and she's Top coordinator in Sinnoh......anddddd Kalos Queen." Bonnie says like it's easy to remember and I just laugh and ruffle her hair.
"She's right." I say.
"Wow that's amazing." He says writing something down on his notepad.
"Do you have a main team? Or do you switch every time you're in a new region?" He asks.
"The two main pokemon that go with me on my journey is, Brionne, and Pikachu. They have been with me since The very beginning of my journey and I don't want to switch them. The rest I like to switch it up a lot because I miss my pokemon so I always like to switch them out. My other four right now are Sylveon, Delphox, Lycanroc, and Leafeon." I say and he writes that down too. I guess he takes notes on his journey or he's some type of reporter.
"That's fascinating. You said you like to switch your pokemon because you miss them. Is that true? Or do you just feel guilty for not treating them all as equal?" Sawyer asks and I glare at him.
"What's that suppose to mean? What are you a reporter now?" I snap as I stand up from the table.
"Why is it so hard to answer the question?" Sawyer asks.
"Obviously if I made it this far, I take great care of my pokemon. They wouldn't have made me champion for nothing right?" I say in a sickening sweet voice and storm away.
"Stupid nosey kid." I grumble as I walk outside of the pokemon center and I walk over to tho bench and sit on it. I hear the door open but ignore it because it could be anybody. Someone sits next to me and I look over to see Bonnie, Glitter, and Ash's Pikachu.
"Hey guys." I say sadly as I look down at my feet.
"What Sawyer did was wrong. Yeah he likes to ask a lot of questions about the trainers he meets. Still that does not give him the right to be mean about it. I called him a big bully and ran to find you." Bonnie says and I wrap my arm around her pulling her close to me and smile.
"Thanks Bonnie." I say.
"I know it's not only, what Sawyer said that is making you so sad. What's wrong?" She asks.
There we go ladies and gentleman. Therapist Bonnie has come out into the light. I sigh and look up at the clouds. "I like someone, but someone else told me that they liked them too." I mumble.
"I'm sure Serena would get over you liking Ash." Bonnie shrugs making Pikachu look at us shocked and Glitter just giggles.
"Wait!? How did you-"
"Its not that hard to see, that little adventure you two went on...I knew that would spark something between the two of you. I was the one who suggested it to Ash." She admits and I just feel my jaw drop to the floor and I hold my head feeling rather dizzy as I take this all in. Bonnie is the mastermind that's putting all the puzzle pieces together. Who would have thought?
"He spoke to you about me?" I ask.
She nods as she rocks her body back and forth on the bench. "He told me he was upset that you two weren't getting along, so I told him that you two just need some time without any interruptions." She says and I blush.
"I bet, during that little adventure something big happened...am I right?" She says looking at me with a smug look on her face which makes me blush and I turn my head away.
"No need to answer, just by the look on your face I can tell." She giggles.
"I told him nothing can happen with us because we should focus on the league. It was really Serena in the back of my head that kept me from going any further with Ash. She told me she likes him. I have to respect that."
"What about Ash? He's happy with you...not Serena. Just because you said no doesn't mean he will instantly have feelings for her. His feelings for you never left." She says and I groan rubbing my head that's growing a headache...she's right....but I still don't want to hurt Serena.
"Bonnie, I'm going to tell you what happened that day...the day I attacked Darkari." I say and let out a huge breath that I was holding inside for so long. She nods at me to continue.
"I had a dream that Ash was pretending to like me so that I would lose my focus and he would beat me in the league. Serena was apart of the big scheme and it was her he really wanted. Not me..." I say and tears start to fall down my face and I cover my face as Bonnie rubs my back and I cry harder.
"That's why you trained so hard after that." Bonnie mumbles and I nod still crying but my sobs turned into sniffles. I take my hands away from my face as both the Pikachu jump on my lap and hug me. I let out a giggle wiping away the rest of the tears as Bonnie joins the hug and I hug them back.
"Thank you guys, this means a lot. But please promise me you won't tell anyone about this." I say and everyone nods.
"I think crying it out made me feel a little better. Thank you Bonnie for listening to all my drama." I snort and she nods.
"Let's go give Sawyer a taste of his own medicine." I say and she cheers as we all walk back inside.
We get back to the table and the gang looks our way. I don't look at anybody but Sawyer. "Back where I'm from people don't trash talk each other they settle it with a battle. You think you know the bond I have with my pokemon? Well let's find out then." I say with a smirk.
"Yeah unless you're scared!" Bonnie taunts and I high-five her.
"Bonnie!" Clemont says.
"What? I don't like bullies." Bonnie shrugs crossing her arms in front of her.
"Fine lets battle." Sawyer says standing up from the table walking over towards me. I let out a dark chuckle and walk outside with Bonnie right behind me.
We make it to the battlefield and the others sit on the bench to watch. Clemont stands off to the side to referee.
"This is a three on three pokemon battle. The side with all pokemon unable to battle loses. Battle begin!"
"Sylveon let's go!" I say throwing her pokemon and she appears with a smirk on her face.
"Shelgon come on out!" Sawyer shouts throwing a pokeball and shelgon appears.
"You're all big talk, so let's see how you battle. You may have the first move." I say.
"Shelgon use headbutt!" Sawyer shouts and shelgon gets moving but he's a very slow pokemon so it takes a while.
"Sylveon use fairy wind!" I say once Shelgon gets close enough. Sylveon gets in battle stance and launches fairy wind that sends Shelgon in the air.
"Grab it and slam it!" I shout. Sylveon uses her ribbons to grab onto Shelgon and swing him around and slams him against the ground hard making him break through the ground a bit.
"Shelgon are you okay?" Sawyer asks.
"Sylveon finish him! Use Moon blast!" I growl. Sylveon leaps into the air and lets out a strong moon blast that hits Shlegon who was just starting to get up and knocks him out.
"Shelgon is unable to battle. Sylveon wins." Clemont says looking at me with wide eyes and looks towards Sawyyer who just stares at Shelgon with pure shock on his face unable to move then returns him.
I walk over to Sylveon and bend down to her level and rub her head and she smiles at the feeling. "You really showed him." I say and return her to her pokeball and walk back to my spot. I take another pokeball out and spin it on my finger with a taunting smile towards Sawyer who just watches me with a scared look on his face. I throw the pokeball in the air and catch it with the other hand without looking and wink.
"Glitter I chose you!" I shout throwing her pokeball and she comes out with her eyes focused on Sawyer and looks at him with disgust.
"Honedge come on out!" Sawyer shouts throwing a pokeball and out comes Honedge.
"You caught a new pokemon." Ash mentions while looking at Sawyer's honedge.
"Yeah I got it right after I left you guys the last time." Sawyer says with his eyes on focused on me and I chuckle.
"Enough talk, Honedge use furry cutter!" Sawyer shouts with a lot of determination in his voice.
"Glitter use Iron tail!" I shout. Glitter runs and leaps so she's at the same height as Honedge and blocks the first cutter with her iron tail.
"Now use volt tackle!" I shout. Glitter does a back flip in mid air and gains up all the electricity in her body and shoots down hitting Honedge hard with volt tackle then lands near me.
"Honedge is unable to battle. Glitter is the winner." Clemont announces.
"Two down one to go." I say and Glitter climbs on my shoulder.
"I won't lose this time. Sceptile I choose you!" Sawyer as throwing a pokeball.
"Don't get your hopes up, Brionne lets show him the true bond of partners." I say throwing her pokeball and she comes out with a playful smirk on her face.
"I have a feeling I won't lose. Sceptile use bullet seed!" Sawyer smirks as he notices the type difference between the two pokemon.
"Brionne use hyper voice!" I shout. The hyper voice fans out through out the battlefield and sends away the bullet seed easily and it explodes making smoke cover the battle field.
"Sceptile use leaf blade!" Sawyer shouts. Sceptile runs towards us moving his arms so that they turn into blades and leaps into the air above Brionne.
"Bubble beam." I say calmly and Brionne uses bubble beam and the water hits Sceptiles face so he loses focus and is unable to see. The strong water sends him back crashing right next to Sawyer making him gasp. To my surprising Sceptile gets up slowly and walks in front of Sawyer in a confident battle stance.
"Its time to pick things up a bit I see." I say with a dark chuckle.
"Sceptile use Dragon Pulse." Sawyer says with an angry look on his face. Sceptile launches a very strong Dragon pulse at Brionne. She swings around lifted up her tail and absorbs dragon pulse with her strong tail and everyone gasps as the Dragon pulse disappears.
"How can that be?" Sawyer stutters out.
"I raised Brionne to have a strong defense she won't be taken out so easily." I say and take out my fairium Z and place it on my Z-Ring. Since Brionne knows the move Moonblast she is able to use the fairy Z Move.
Brionne makes her way directly next to me and we both do the movements for Twinkle Tackle the fairy-type Z move. Her body is surround by a pink Aura as the whole battle field suddenly is lit up with many different colored Auras and she tackles Sceptile with full force making him slam into the wall behind Sawyer unable to battle.
"Sceptile is unable to battle. The win goes to Olivia." Clemont says and you can feel the tense atmosphere as I walk towards Sawyer who just watches me nervously. I stand directly in front of him and laugh.
"Judge me all you want, but you'll never defeat me. You don't know me, so don't think for one second that you can make up whatever you want." I say then walk away from the battlefield returning Brionne to her pokeball.
No one goes after me because they know by now that all I need to do is to be alone so that I can calm down and be sweet normal Olivia again. I bump into some guy and look up to see an unfamiliar guy.
"Sorry I wasn't paying attention." I say.
"No it's fine. Great battle by the way." He says and walks away. I watch him leave feeling rather creeped out and just shrug it off.
Glitter and I continue our way down the street with no destination in mind and I look to see an ice cream shop.
"Ice cream always cheers us up right buddy?" I ask and she nods.
"Pika pi." She says running inside the shop with me following.
"Okay, okay! I will get you your ice cream. The usual right?" I ask and she nods climbing onto my shoulder.
The cashier lady looks at us with a kind smile. "How can I help you?" She ask and I look down at the many different flavors, feeling my mouth watering and I clear my throat.
"One Strawberry and one chocolate please." I say. She nods and gets too cones ready for me and I give her the money. I hand Glitter her strawberry cone and I eat my chocolate. I say goodbye and turn to leave when I bump into someone.
"Olivia?" The deep male voice says. I look up to see my old friend Nate from the Unova region.
"Nate, oh my gosh! It's been so long!" I say and hug him and he just chuckles.
"Yeah the last time I saw you was in the Unova league." He says.
"Yeah, the only league I ever lost." I pout playfully and he rolls his eyes at me.
"Its not my fault, it must of been because my awesome looks." He says trying to flex and I just snort.
"Yeah that's what distracted me. You totally get me." I say and he nudges me playfully.
"So what are you doing here?" He asks.
"Right now, I'm traveling with some friends while getting my Kalos badges. I just need one more and I can enter the Kalos league." I say taking out my badge case and showing him my badges.
"You already got seven badges that's cool." He says eyeing my badges.
"What are you doing here?" I ask.
"We'll I came here because I wanted to learn more about Mega evolution which isn't really popular in Unova yet. I came to Kalos so I can Mega evolve my Ampharos." He explains and I just nod.
"Do you have your key stone and the Ampharosite?" I ask and he nods taking them out of his bag showing me.
"That's amazing, I'm impressed." I say and we both walk out the ice cream shop.
"How long are you staying in Kalos?" I ask.
He just shrugs and looks down at his feet as we walk. "Just maybe for another couple weeks. I want to find more stones to Mega evolve more of my pokemon." He says.
"I see, well this is me." I say as we both stop at the pokemon center and he nods.
"Come on there are some people I want you to meet." I say yanking his arm and running towards the back where Sawyer and Ash seem to be battling. We stop to watch from a distance, and see Greninja has transformed again. I pull him to the others while Ash and Sawyer finish up.
"Serena, Bonnie this is Nate. He's from the Unova region." I say gesturing over to him and he waves.
"Hello." They both say kindly and wave back.
I look back at Nate and too see his cheeks are tinted pink and I raise an eyebrow at him. I look to where his eyes are to see it's on Serena who is watching the battle. I snort and cover my mouth and he glares at me.
He sits down on the other bench sneaking glances toward Serena. I sit next to Bonnie nudging her to watch the two of them and she looks and turns back to me with a smug smile. I look back at the two and see that Serena caught Nate sneaking a glance at her and she blushes and looks at the battle.
I look at the battle to see Sceptile is unable to battle and smirk. Serves Sawyer right.
"Wow Ash you have to tell me what just happened!"Sawyer asks making his away over to him.
Ash just shrugs and scratches the back of his neck. "To tell you the truth, I really don't know." He chuckles. They both walk to us and Sawyer bows in front of me making me take an awkward step back looking at him weirdly.
"I wanted to apologize for my behavior, I had not right coming at you like that. You seem like a great trainer, and I know I can learn a lot from you, just like Ash." He says and I let out a sigh.
"No need to bow I'm not royalty." I say pressing my hand on his shoulder helping him stand and he nods.
"You sure do act like it Princess Olivia." Nate says in a fake posh tone walking over to us and I glare at him.
"Are you sure? You're the one who is a royal pain." I say and he just pushes me playfully. We both glare at each other for a while and then suddenly burst out laughing.
I hold my stomach bending down, knowing that my face is red as a tomato berry. I stand up straight after I calm down a bit and chuckle.
"Who's this?" Ash asks after Nate calms down from laughter.
"This is Nate he's from the Unova region." Bonnie says as she takes his hand and bats her little eyelashes at him making his eyes wide. I cover my mouth to stifle a laugh because I know Bonnie is only playing with him.
"Yeah I bumped into him when I was out." I explain and Ash nods.
"The Unova region huh?" Ash says.
"Yeah I'm the Unova Champ." Nate says trying to flex his arms and then he kisses them and does a silly pose making Bonnie, Serena, and I laugh.
"He beat me in the semi finals, because he's a cheater. Or as he calls it. 'It was his looks' that helped him." I scoff and he just laughs with a nod.
"So that's how you know him?" Clemont asks.
I nod my head then shake it. "Kinda, but we bonded over the whole Unova league and afterwards. So he's one of my best buds." I shrug.
"So what are you doing here in Kalos?" Serena asks.
"Mega evolution isn't really known in Unova, so I came here to work on Mega evolving some of my pokemon. After that I'm heading for the Hoenn league." He says.
"That's sounds really cool." Bonnie says and Nate looks down at her ruffling up her hair.
"Thanks squirt." He says and she giggles.
"By the way this is Clemont, Sawyer, and Ash." I say pointing to each one of them.
"I saw the way you beat Sawyer, you got some real skills man. Maybe we can battle sometime." Nate says and Ash nods.
"Sure that'll be great." Ash grins.
"Let's get your pokemon checked out guys." Clemont says and we nod.
Bonnie takes Nate by his wrist pulling him inside the pokemon center and Serena and I just laugh. The rest of us walk inside the pokemon center. Sawyer and Ash leave to the front desk to give Nurse Joy their pokemon and we wait in the waiting room.
"So Serena, are you going to complete in the league as well?" Nate asks sitting in front of her leaning in a bit.
She shakes her head. "No, I'm a pokemon performer. I'm competing in pokemon showcases so that I can be Kalos queen." She says and he nods.
"Maybe while I'm in Kalos, I can see one of your performances. I'm sure it will be amazing." He says with a sly smirk on his face making both Bonnie and I silently gag behind the two as they talk.
Serena just giggles and nods. "I'll be looking forward to that." She says. We do kissy faces when they're not looking and Clemont chuckles as he watches us.
I yawn and sit down on the bench next to the window bringing my feet up resting my chin on my knee as I look out. Bonnie sits next to Serena helping her brush Sylveon, and Clemont begins a conversation with Nate. Ash and Sawyer come our way and sit with us. Ash sits beside me and Sawyer sits in front of him.
"So Ash, are you going to explain what happened today. Like it was the coolest thing in the world." Sawyer asks.
"Like I said before, I don't have a clue what happened." Ash says.
"Its happened a bunch of times already." Bonnie says joining the conversation.
"Greninja was surrounded by water, and it kinda looked different." Sawyer says.
"I don't know, it started with I could see and feel everything Greninja saw and felt. Then I just got so fired up and then I just wanted to go to sleep. Ash says.
"It's like the two of you became one." Sawyer says.
"Yeah I guess you could say that." Ash shrugs.
"Wait, so your saying you fused with Greninja?" Serena asks.
"If that can be true it would be so cool." Ash says making me chuckle.
"Its nothing I ever heard or saw before." Nate says.
"They do say that when a trainer and pokemon share a strong bond, they start to look like each other." Sawyer says.
"We can do that because I have a strong bond with Greninja." Ash says more to himself trying to make sense to the situation.
"Well I best be off, I got a lot more training to do." Sawyer says grabbing his bag standing up.
"Looking forward to seeing your progress when we cross paths again." Clemont says. The gang walk Sawyer outside leaving Nate and I staying where were at.
"Your awfully quiet this evening. Whats wrong?" Nate asks sitting over in his seat so that he's sitting right in front of me.
"What made you think something was wrong." I say keeping my eyes out the window seeing a flock of Fletchling go by making me smile.
"If I know you well then I know that, you only go off by yourself on a walk when you're angry at someone and need to cool off or you're thinking a lot." Nate says leaning back in his seat crossing his arms over his chest giving me a look.
"You're right, I am over thinking things right now. I'm over thinking things that I shouldn't. I'm making simple things more complicated than they should be." I grumble dropping my head in my knees letting out a sigh.
"Well you're a girl, it happens." He says making me scoff.
"I'm serious, things shouldn't be this complicated, I shouldn't be worrying about silly pathetic things." I growl.
"What's to worry about?" He asks.
I look at him and look over his calm features as he sits back relaxed, that's what I always liked about Nate no matter what, I can always vent out to him and he wouldn't seem annoyed. He would just listen to everything I have to say.
"I'm worried about the League. Lately I've constantly hearing comments about what kind of trainer I am, and I'm just really starting to think am I a bad trainer? I may have won five leagues but that doesn't matter. You beat me so what makes it any different for someone out there to beat me as well." I ramble covering my face with my hands.
"You are the best trainer I know. You want to know why I know? Because you have the biggest heart in the world. You care about people and pokemon and like to put them before yourself. I remember I was outside training, right before the league and one of my pokemon got hurt. You didn't care that you would be late for registration, you came to help me out, and that's when you gained my full respect." He says. I close my eyes remembering that day and smile. Hearing that, made me feel a whole lot better.
"Wow, I never thought about it like that. Maybe you're right, I should just ignore the comments and focus on what's real." I say with a firm nod.
"That's not the only thing that's bothering you is it?" He ask giving me a firm look to tell him everything and I just groan throwing my head back.
"You read me like an open book, just tell me what to do." I mumble.
"If you like him, and he likes you I say go for it. When was your last boyfriend? Oh that's right you haven't had one because you have been working hard your whole life! Now is the time to finally get some! No wonder you're so grouchy!" He says facepalming and I just glare at him.
"It's not that simple, and you're a pig." I scoff.
"How can it be complicated give me one good reason." He says easing an eyebrow at me.
"Serena told me she likes him, and that was before I fully knew my feelings for him, then we kissed and now it's freaking awkward as hell! Stupid girl code. Stupid Ash." I groan.
"You kissed him....wow....girl code must of slipped your mind when you were kissing him....you probably even forgot your name for a second there." He laughs loudly making me blush madly and I cover my face groaning.
"First of all he kissed me, and second of all you're a bully." I say pointing an accusing finger at him while pouting.
"Wow, it is complicated....girls do make it complicated." He snorts and I glare at him, and I felt like throwing something at him.
"You're not helping." I whine
"Just try at being good friends again and see what happens." He shrugs.
"Ughhhh...everything was so much easier when we were just both friends. You're right I should try that." I say with a small smile.
"Good, turn that frown upside down. Now tell me how good the kiss was. " He says with a dorky smile on his face making me roll my eyes but I know I'm super red again.
"I'm so exhausted I think I'm ready to just fall on the bed and go to sleep." I hear Bonnie say as the gang comes back inside and make their way over to us.
"Olivia are you okay? You're so red." Serena says as she sits next to me resting her hand on my forehead to check if I have a fever and I pull away slightly and nod.
"Yeah, I'm fine just a little hot." I say standing up to get my water bottle from my bag.
"Yeah because she has the hots for-" Nate starts but I spill my water bottle all over his shirt making him shriek at the coldness.
"Oh my, how clumsy of me. Here let me help you with that!" I say yanking him by the wrist away from the others. We stop in the back hallway and I send him a hard glare.
"What the hell were you thinking!" I say smacking him in the back of his head making him yelp and rub his sore head.
"Relax I wasn't going to say his name. I was just going to say mine." He says while pouting at me.
I roll my eyes and scoff at him. "Yeah right."
"Why would I mess with you like that? Yeah I play around with you and prank you, but I wouldn't mess up something like that. This is your first time liking a guy in so long. I want to see you happy." He smiles making my heart soften and I just hug him.
"You're an idiot, but I love you dude." I say as I pull away then let out a sigh. "You know, it wouldn't work out anyway. Serena said she liked him first." I say.
"What is with you and this girl code? Forget that and look don't worry about Serena. I don't think she will be a problem anymore." He says with a huge smirk on his face.
"You're scaring me. Seriously enough with that face." I say smacking his check lightly. "What do you mean Serena won't be a problem anymore?" I ask.
"Because I like her, and I be damned if I let Ash Ketchum have her." He scoffs crossing his arms.
"You don't even know her." I scoff.
"She's beautiful, talented, sweet, has a nice laugh. I could go on." He says with a sigh as he stares off with a smile on his face.
"If you could get Serena to like you, by all means do it. I wouldn't want to make a move on Ash if Serena still has feelings for him. If you guys go out...maybe I just might have a chance." I squeal.
"Glad that you're happy, now chop chop we've kept them waiting too long." He says patting my head like I'm a little kid walking off. I just glare at his back as we make our way back to the others. I hand him a towel to dry his shirt up a bit and I can see the gang in the cafeteria eating. We join the table and I make my own plate.
"I'm pretty amazed on how you battled so well today Olivia." Clemont says.
"I didn't mean to come off so harsh and so rude, but I don't know...I can't explain my behavior lately. My mind is so focused on training. I got millions of ideas in my head. Thennnnn I have to come up with a performance to defend my Kalos Queen title! Let's not forget that I don't know what I'm going to do when I get back home to Alola!" I ramble on while gripping my hair groaning. Serena rests an arm on my back and pats it to comfort me and I send her a small smile.
"What makes it easy, is that you take it one day at a time. Don't be so focused on tomorrow when you're going to miss the adventure of today." Clemont says and Nate nods at him with a mouth full of food.
"Wise words Clemont." Ash says.
"Yeah, thanks Clemont. I really needed that." I say taking some bites of my food.
"Clemont I'm sleepy." Bonnie says yawning resting her head on Clemont's shoulder.
"Alright, I'll take you now." He chuckles lifting her up on his shoulder carrying her away and Bonnie waves at us.
"Good night Bonnie." We all say and wave back.
"The last time I traveled with friends was back in Unova. I missed them still to this day." Nate says leaning back in his seat with a thinking look on his face.
"I miss my friends from home, I'm glad I got the chance to go back and see them for a bit." I say folding my hands over my tea mug and take a small sip. Smiling at the warm comfort it brings me.
"I've traveled with a lot of good friends, and I miss them sometimes too." Ash says.
"Wow, you guys must all have great traveling stories." Serena says.
"You do too." I nudge her playfully and she just laughs with a nod.
"Well, I'm beat I think I'm ready for bed." Nate says stretching his arms above his head frantically making me roll my eyes at him.
"I got a spare bed in my room, here." I say throwing my spare room key to him and he catches them.
"Thanks Liv, Night guys." He waves and drags himself towards the room and we just all laugh at him.
"I'm ready for bed too I need to brush my pokemon before bed. See you guys tomorrow." Serena says standing up and walking away. We just wave as she leaves.
"You know, you don't really have to worry about any of that stuff you said earlier." Ash says after a few minutes of awkward silence.
"What do you mean?" I ask bringing my legs up and hugging my knees.
"Well, you're an awesome trainer, your battling is like over the top. I'm sure you will do good in the league. Plus every time you get up on that stage it's just like the world stops as the spotlight is on you. It's like you can't even blink because you don't want to miss a second of your performance. You and your pokemon work so greatly together. There is nothing to worry about." Ash rambles which makes me feel all warm inside. I drop my head on my knees until I feel like I know I've stopped blushing, and look back up at him to see he's already looking at me with an unreadable look on his face.
"I don't know what to say, no one has ever told me something like that about my performances or my battling. Thank you." I say softly.
"Just make sure you try your best and don't give up until the very end." He says placing his hand on mine and I just can't contain my blushing and my smile grows on my face.
"I will, I promise." I say.
"We should head to bed." He says and I just nod at him. I wish we could hold onto this moment for a little while longer, but I know there are still things that are left unsaid that we have to go through to be like what we were again. I hope Nate can get Serena to like him, because I don't know how long I can hold myself back.
I change before heading to the room and I open the door slowly to hear a very loud Nate snoring while tangled up in the sheets. I give his face a soft smack that instantly shuts him up as he turns over with just soft snores. Glitter comes out of her pokeball and jumps in bed with me and We both cuddle, before falling asleep.

The sun is not fully in the sky when I wake up to movement in my bed. I open my eyes rubbing them to see Glitter walking to the balcony of our room and I get up and follow her. She sits on the balcony ledge looking up at the sky and I lean against the railing looking up as well.
"The sky, no matter what time of day it is, it's just breathtaking beautiful." I say.
"Pika, pi." She says nodding.
"Come on, you need your rest." I say and she nods jumping my shoulder and were heading inside, but something grabs onto and Glitter and I. Whatever it was that was holding us lifts us up in the air quickly making us scream. My arms were unable to move as I struggle to get free and I look over to see Glitter held up too by another mechanical arm. I turn my head to look back to see Team Rocket.
"Are you serious right now! Do you have any idea what time it is? Why can't you guys wait until the sun is fully up and everyone's awake. Gosh you guys are so annoying." I say to them.
"Shut up twerp we can do anything at whatever what time we decide." James says.
"You're the perfect bait to catch Pikachu now just shut it." Meowth says making me scoff.
"As if you will ever get away with Glitter and Pikachu." I say.
"Meowth show her." Hesse says with a smirk and Meowth presses on a button that makes another mechanical arm come out and go into another room. The arm comes out with Pikachu trapped in it.
"Pikachu!" I shout.
"Pika pi!" Glitter shouts worriedly for Pikachu.
"Why can't you guys find a better hobby! This is pathetic." I say struggling to get free.
I look to see Ash come out on the balcony calling for Pikachu but he gasps when he sees Glitter and I.
"Glitter, Olivia! Are you guys okay?" He asks.
"Yeah we're just hanging out with our old buddies Team Rocket, having a freaking ball." I say sarcastically and he just rolls his eyes with a smile. His smile turns into a frown as he turns to Team Rocket.
"Let them go!" He growls but Jessie just laughs.
"We will give you the girl, if you let us keep Pikachu." Jessie says with a wicked grin.
"No deal." Ash says.
"Well I guess you're just friendless and pokeless." Meowth says.
"Just go back to bed little twerp." James says.
"Yeah, while we ride off into the sunset." Meowth says and the balloon starts moving away.
"Glitter and Pikachu use thunderbolt!" I shout.
"Pika pikachu!" They shake their heads knowing that I might get shocked too.
"Just do it, I promise I'll be okay." I say to them. They both let out their electrical attacks which indeed shock me and I bite down hard on my lip trying to not show any pain. The balloon is just absorbing the electrical attacks and both Pikachu stop from exhaustion.
"Olivia!" I hear Ash shout and I open my eyes to see him running after the balloon.
"This won't do, Gourgiest use shadow ball!" Jesse shouts throwing a pokeball.
"Inkay use psybeam!" James shouts throwing a pokeball. Ash manages to dodge the moves the first time but when they attack again there are no chances for him to escape.
"Ash look out!" I shout.
"There's no more use for you anymore." Meowth laughs and presses on another button. I feel the arm that was holding me let go and I scream as I start to fall.
"Olivia!" I hear the gang shout. I close my eyes ready for the hard impact when something catches me and I hold onto it opening my eyes. I look up and around to see.....I'm on the back of a charizard.
"A charizard? Wow thank you." I say and it just looks back nodding. Charizard lets me down next to Ash and I jump down and I was instantly into someone else's arms and I hug them back. Ash pulls away and I nod to tell him that I'm okay.
"Charizard Dragon Claw." A mysterious trainer says and his charizard uses Dragon claw to break through the mechanical arms that were holding both Pikachu. I remember him! He was the guy I bumped into yesterday!
I run and catch Glitter while Ash catches Pikachu. We smirk at each other and nod.
"Glitter use thunderbolt!" I shout.
"Pikachu use thunderbolt!" Ash shouts.
Both Pikachu let out their electrical attacks and since the machine on the balloon is broken it can't absorb the attack and the balloon explodes and Team Rocket get sent flying off.
"Good job you two." I say as Glitter snuggles into me making me giggle.
"Are you guys okay?" Serena asks as the rest run up to us.
"Better than ever." I smile and both Pikachu agree.
"Thanks to him and his Charizard." I say turning to the two who just walked over to us.
"Thank you for saving us." I say and both Pikachu thank him as well.
"It was not a problem." He says.
"Thank you again as well Charizard." I say.
"Wow is that a Mega stone, so that means Charizard can Mega evolve." Ash says amazed as he looks at Charizard's collar that holds the Mega Stone in place.
"I would like to battle you, my Charizard against your Greminja." The trainer says.
"Really?" Ash says and I could tell he was very excited.
"Yeah, I saw the way you battled yesterday, and I was pretty impressed." The trainer says.
"Okay lets do it." Ash says with an even more excited look on his face.
We all head back to the Pokemon center to see a confused Nate at the counter but when he hears people walk in he turns and waves.
"What happened to you guys? I woke up and you were all gone." He says.
"There could be a bomb and you still wouldn't wake up." I scoff patting his cheek leaving to get dressed.

We're all dressed and had breakfast. Now we're on the bench watching the trainer and Ash battle each other.
"Charizard, come on out!" He shouts throwing his pokeball and Charizard appears.
"Greninja! I choose you!" Ash shouts throwing his pokeball and Greninja appears.
"Hey he said he saw the battle yesterday." Bonnie mentions.
"So he must of seen what happened with Greninja." Serena adds.
"Alright, I will act as the referee this is a one on one pokemon battle. The battle will be over when either side is unable able to continue. Battle begin!" Clemont shouts.
"I'll go first! Use Water Shurkien!" Ash shouts.
"Charizard Dragon claw." The trainer says.
Greninja comes in with Water Shurkien but Charizard manages to cut right through it.
"Greninja use cut!" Ash shouts.
"Dodge it!" The trainer shouts.
Greninja tries hard to cut Chairzard but he's great at dodging.
"Now use flamethrower!" The trainer shouts.
Greninja goes to dodge the flamethrower but gets hit and lands next to Ash and falls on his knee.
The trainer closes his eyes and shouts out for Charizard to Mega evolve and Charizard glows and starts to change into a black Charizard.
"Wow! Wow! Wow!" Bonnie shouts excitedly.
"I've never seen anything like it." Clemont says.
"That's so sick! Wow I love Mega evolution!" Nate says as he watches amazed.
"Wow chairzard Mega evolved, now I'm really fired up. Greninja we can do this." Ash says and Greninja stands ready and nods.
"Let's do it Charizard, Dragon claw!" The trainer shouts.
"Greninja use cut!" Ash shouts.
Both pokemon come together with their moves but it's even.
"Flamethrower!" The trianer shouts.
"Double team!" Ash shouts.
Charizard uses Flamethrower at all of the decoys then there's a explosion. Greninja uses that cover as Ash shouts for him to use Aerial Ace and Greninja comes in fast.
"Thunder punch!" The trainer shouts making us all gasp.
"That's an electric attack." I say worried.
Charizard swings at Greninja who was coming in fast with Aerial Ace sending him back landing near Ash.
"Charizard thunder punch once more!" The trainer shouts.
"Greninja use Water Shurkien!" Ash shouts.
Charizard is too quick for Greninja as it sneaks in another thunder punch sending Greninja back.
"Greninja are you okay?" Ash asks as it looks down at the weak pokemon who is trying to stand.
"Let's show them what we can really do!"Ash shouts and Greninja stands up and a vortex of water surrounds him and he transforms. The trainer studies the two with a smirk.
"Greninja aerial ace!" Ash shouts.
"Fly up charizard." The trainer says.
Greninja gains speed and manages to hit Charizard before it gets the chance to get away.
"Charizard Thunder Punch." The trianer says.
"Use cut." Ash says.
The two Pokemon are once again even with their moves but the trainer calls out for Charizard to use blast burn and it hits Greninja hard sending it back and unable to battle.
"Greninja is unable to battle the winner is Charizard." Clemont shouts. Ash falls back on his butt and chuckles looking exhuasted.
Ash then walks over to Greninja and checks him out to see if he's okay. "Let's have another battle soon." Ash says.
"Alright." The trainer nods in agreement.
"We'll work even harder and get even stronger. Right Grneinja?" Ash says to Greninja who just agrees determinedly.
Ash walks over to he trianer and sticks his hand out. "My name is Ash Ketchum and I'm from pallet town. What's yours?" Ash asks the mysterious trainer.
"I'm Alain." He says.
"That was a great battle." Ash says.
"It sure was." Alain says taking Ash's hand and they shake.

We watch Alain leave and head inside the pokemon center for a drink. Clemont offers to grab them.
"I wonder how Greninja can do what we did." Ash says as he sits and wonders.
"We're going to have to do an analysis, we can use the power of science to do that." Clemont says as he makes his way over.
"Wow thanks Clemont." Ash says.
Laughter is what makes us all turn to see Nate and Serena enter the room. Nate has his arms around her tickling her sides and she looks almost to tears from all the laughter.
"Those two seem to be really hitting it off." Bonnie chuckles.
"Bonnie!" Clemont gasps and Bonnie and I burst out laughing and Ash joins in too. We calm down when the two make their way over to us and we all smirk towards them making them both blush.
"So what we're you guys laughing about." Serena asks.
"Chespin." Ash says.
"Squishy." Bonnie says.
"Clemont." I say.
"Pikachu." Clemont says.
"Huh?" She asks.
I chuckle nervously and scratch the back of my neck. "You see, Clemont was coming with the drinks. Squishy, Pikachu, and Chespin were dancing and almost made Clemont drop the drinks but he managed to save them which made us laugh." I lie smoothly.
"Yup." The three say together.
"Oh." She says.
"So Nate you heading off?" I ask standing up.
He shakes his head with a smirk. "I decided to join you guys to Fleurrh city so that I can watch Serena's pokemon showcase." He says.
"Wow really?" Bonnie asks.
"Yup." Nate nods.
"We'll isn't that sweet." I say smirking towards Serena and she just blushes looking away.
"Well we better get going." I say standing up throwing my finished drink in the trash. Glitter jumps on my shoulder and the gang gets up and we leave the pokemon center heading towards Fleurrh city.
