Your POV
When I woke up I noticed two things. One was that I was not sleeping on the table and chair. Two was that there was an arm around me. At first I freaked out. Then I remembered that I room with two people, and there is no thief that is dumb enough to sleep in someone else's bed. I turned around as carefully as I could without wakening up the person next to me. I feel like it also had something to do with the fact that it was 5:00 in the morning. It was Red. I smiled.
Okay, now time to try to get up. I turned back around and tried to move his arm. Once I moved his arm I got off the bed and sneaked to the door. This was going to be hard, the door creaks a little bit. I turned the knob as quietly as I could. That didn't work.
"Y/n?" Red asked.
"Oh I'm sorry, go back to bed. Okay?"
"No no" he said still half asleep.
"Why not?" I smiled and leaned against the door frame.
"Cause then you will be up all by yourself" he answered sitting up.
"Sweet of you, but I'll be fine" I answered.
"No" he said trying to get up.
I sighed and pushed him back onto the bed.
"Red go back to bed." I said in a stern voice.
"No."
"That is the only answer you have given me, what time did you get home?"
"Um 1:30. About" he answered sitting back up.
"Red that was 3 hours and 30 minutes ago. Go back to bed." I said.
"Oh then I will go back to my bed." he said trying to get back up.
I pushed him back onto my bed.
"But this is your bed." he said.
"Yes, but you need to sleep." I answered.
"No your bed."
"Red, please go back to bed. You need to wake up in one hour" I said.
"Adam said we could sleep in. Oh and that you and I could have the day off" he answered waving his hand around in various directions.
"You still need to sleep" I said.
"No" he answered.
"Michael! Go to bed." I hoped using his real name would get to him.
"Okay" he responded nodding his head up and down before laying back down.
I'll have to use his first name more often.
Time skip to when Barney wakes up
"Morning" Barney greeted.
"Morning. What would you like for breakfast? I didn't make it cause I didn't know when you guys would wake up. I hope that's okay."
"That's fine, I was just going to get cereal" he said.
"Oh okay. Are you sure?" I asked.
"Yeah, I have to go in as soon as possible. Adam said I could sleep in but I still need to go in." he said.
"Red said him and I get the day off, didn't he do the same for you?" I asked.
He shook his head "No, just you two lovelies."
"Why?" I asked.
"Michael asked for the day off so he could teach you to drive" he answered.
"Oh! That's so sweet of him" I smiled.
" Specking of Red, I went to see if he was still sleeping. Why wasn't he in his bed, do you know where he is?" he asked me.
"Yep, he slept in my bed last night."
"With you?" he asked with a smile.
"Yes with me" I answered smiling right back at him.
"Ohh does someone have a crush" he asked wiggling his eyebrows.
"I don't know, I never thought of having a relationship."
"Well okay then." he said still moving his face in a suggestive way.
I rolled my eyes and smiled "Go eat your cereal"
"Well okays then" he said in his accent, moving his head side to side in a mocking way.
I laughed.
"Morning."
Without turning around I answered, "Morning Red"
"Thank you for letting me sleep." he said sitting down next to me.
"Oh of course. I would have done the same for anyone that I know." I answered.
"Why didn't you hurt me when you woke up?" he asked.
"I was going to, but I realized one thing. And that was that hopefully no thief would be stupid enough to sleep on the job." I answered.
"Oh that makes sense, looks like you have a brain after all."
"Well I'm going to go. Bye peoples" Barney said putting on his jacket.
"Ahh, I see you finished your cereal" I said turning to him.
"You bet baby" he said walking out the door.
I laughed, "Bye"
"Bye" he saluted before walking out the door.
"So Red, what do you want me to make for breakfast?" I asked.
"Do ya wanna go out to breakfast?" he asked.
"No. I still don't have a whole lot of money so I can't pay you back."
"That's fine, my treat." he said.
"No it has been your treat for 5 days! I feel bad, you're wasting all your money on me" I looked down at the table.
"It's fine, it's not that much money" he said.
"I still feel bad." I said.
"Look, I am either going to bring you kicking and screaming or willingly. Take your pick" he said leaning back in his chair, arms crossed.
I smiled, "Okay let's go."
"Yay! I win" he said jumping up.
"Okay, okay you win" I said walking out to his car.
"So y/n, last night when I carried you to bed I saw you had been crying. Is every thing okay?" he asked me in the car.
"Yeah every thing is fine. Just thinking of the past." I answered looking out the window.
Temporary silence, then "Will you tell me?"
"As you said to me before, I don't trust anyone." I answered.
"You can trust me" he said glancing at me as he started the car.
"That's what they all say" I mumbled.
"Well I'm one of your friends and you can trust me." he pushed.
"I- I just don't know."
"Just tell me one thing, one thing?"
I sighed, "I can't do that"
"Why not?" he asked.
"Because then you will want to know more" I said turning to face him.
"I promise I wont ask for more." he said.
"I lied to you about my dad" I answered after thinking for a bit.
"You're right, I do want to know more."
I clicked my tongue "Well you don't get it."
"And where're here." he pointed out changing the topic.
"Yay! Let's go eat."
As we were waiting for food Red got a phone call.
"I'm sorry, I have to take this" he said getting up.
"No problem."
Tim skip to after breakfast
"Thank you for breakfast" I said.
"No problem. Want to start to learn how to drive?" he asked.
"Sure."
Time skip to after lesson cause I can't drive
Red's POV
I got a call from Adam saying everything was ready and I could bring her over.
"Hey y/n I know it is my day off but Adam needs my help for the role play he was planning. Would you mind coming with me for a bit?" I asked pulling the actor within me out.
"Sure. Let's go" she said.
When we got there all the lights were turned off and it was very quite.
"Why are all the lights are turned off?" she asked.
"I don't know" I answered looking around.
"I thought Barney said he was going in today."
"Surprise!!" everyone yelled as I turned on the lights.
"Ahh! Oh my god you guys scared me, what is this?" She asked.
"A party for you" Adam answered coming forward.
"What? Why?"
"Because we missed your birthday" Max said.
Your POV
They threw me a party, how odd. I've never had a party before. My dad would never throw me one granted I never asked for one. But still. I looked around and saw Cory was filming this.
"We got presents!" Tim said holding up a box.
"No. Don't get me wrong I love this but more money on me? I don't deserve it" I said.
"Y/n, listen to me. When I found you, you had nothing but the clothes you were wearing. I bought you cloths and that is all you had. Believe me, you deserve it" Red said.
"He is right. And from what I heard you are a very nice girl" said some women I had never met nor seen.
"Hi I'm y/n. And you are?" I asked introducing myself.
"Oh I'm sorry I'm Alesa, Adams wife." she said with a sweet smile.
"Nice to meet you! Adam never told me he had a wife." I said looking at her then at Adam.
"Sorry?" He said shrugging.
"Adam. I'm hurt" I said placing my hand on my chest in fake hurt.
"Oh you poor girl. Is Adam being mean?" Alesa asked hugging me.
"No!" he answered.
"Yes" I said looking up at her and nodding.
"Adam you be nice this instant! Understand?" she asked rocking my back in forth.
"Understood" he answered looking down in fake shame.
"Good. Now let's go open presents" she said releasing me.
"Oaky." I said.
"Great!" she said jumping up and down clapping.
"Oh oh open mine and Barneys present first" Red yelled holding out a present.
"Okay" I said grabbing the present. I opened it and there was some more clothes.
"Thank you guys, but how did you know my size?"
" I went back to the house when you guys were at breakfast and looked at the sizes" Barney answered.
"Well thank you guys very much" I said giving each of them a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
"What was that for?" Red asked.
"To say thank you."
"Ours next. Ours next" Ross said.
"Okey!" I said getting the present.
"No. This is to much money." I said closing it as soon as I saw what was inside. They had given me a new phone. This must have been so much money.
"No it's fine, it was split it three ways. Me, Tim, and Ross" Max said.
"Still, I feel bad." I said playing with the the box of the phone, spinning it between my hands.
"Don't feel bad, we wanted to" Tim said.
"Ahh thank you." I said giving them a hug.
They whispered something them they all said "No kiss"
I laughed and gave them a kiss. "Happy?"
"Yes" they all said nodding.
"Good."
"Now mine" Alesa said.
"But you don't even now me" I said smiling.
"Well you still get a present" she smiled right back.
"Okay" I said. She handed me a small box.
"Ahh how did you know?" I asked. She had given me a movie ticket to ( What ever movie you want to see in theater)
"I didn't I just wanted to spend time with you to get to know you."
"Do you have the other ticket?" I asked. I really hope she did, she seems like a very nice lady.
"Yes" she answered.
"Yay we get to go to the movie. Thank you" I said running up to hug her.
"No prob" she said.
"Now let us show you what the rest of the office has done for you." Adam said dragging me away.
"Okay" I said as they led me to an office that belonged to some guy named Jin.
"And here we are" Adam said stopping.
They had cleared out the office.
"Is this for me?"
"Yes we cleared it out so you can record" Adam said.
"Thank you guys" I said. I gave them a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
"Now let's go eat the cake I made" Alesa said clapping her hands.
"You made cake?" I asked.
"Yes I did" she said smiling like a proud parent.
" Yay! I haven't had cake in over 2 years" I said.
"Oh my god! It is worse than I thought" Tim said to Adam.
"We need to get cake in her ASAP" Adam said.
They turned to look at me with evil smiles before Tim yelled "Let's go!"
"Yes let's" Adam said picking me up and running towards the cake.
"Adam put me down" I said laughing.
"Not till we get cake in you. Red get some cake and put it in her mouth" Adam instructed.
"Okay. Open wide" Red said putting the cake in front of my mouth.
"Ahh" I said opening my mouth.
"There, it's been done" Red said putting it in my mouth.
"Now put me down" I said after eating it.
"No."
"Alesa help" I turned my head to plead to her with my eyes.
"Adam put the poor girl down."
"Okay" he said putting me down.
The rest of the day we ate cake, talked, and just celebrated. I wish this could last forever, or at least till the 26th.
