Narrative
Anthony- good morning!
Giorgia was woken up to her best friend in the air, body flying straight towards her.
Giorgia- no!
She curled up in a ball to protect herself, Anthony ended up flying dick first into her knee.
Anthony- ah fuck-
He rolled over onto Jaden, in a ton of pain. The boy continued to mumble curse words as Jaden put his phone down to look at the boy in his lap.
Jaden- shit... Giorgia!
He laughed a bit as Giorgia covered her mouth out of shock.
Giorgia- it was instinct!
Anthony- my instinct is to kill you now
The boy groaned as he went to attack his best friend. Haden held him back as Giorgia shrieked and rolled out of the bed. Luckily having put on a shirt of Jadens and his boxers after last night.
Jaden- sorry bud, i love you and all but I cant let you kill my girlfriend.
Anthony- fuck your girlfriend!
Jaden- gladly
Anthony- ew! Not what i meant, you perv.
Giorgia- he already did last night anyways.
Jaden- that is true
Anthony- yall are going to hell
Giorgia- youre annoying me
Anthony- good. You hurt me.
Jaden- do you want me to kiss it and make it better
Jaden looked at the boy who was still holding his junk, curled up in a ball out of pain.
Anthony- yes please daddy
Giorgia- no. None of that.
Jaden- sorry Anthony, I'm already someone elses daddy
Giorgia- you're disgusting
Jaden- mhm. Whatever you say.
Anthony- oh god- do you call him daddy in bed?
Anthony got out of Jaden's lap from disgust with the boy. Jaden just laughed as Giorgia got defensive.
Giorgia- I would never do that!
Jaden holds in a laugh as Anthony stands up in pain.
Anthony- whatever, i dont like you anymore anyways.
Giorgia- you love me
Anthony- you killed my kids!
Giorgia- oh my god youre so dramatic
She laughed and threw a pillow at him before he threw it back and ran out of the room.
Jaden- on that note... good morning angel
Giorgia- hmm morning baby
Giorgia smiled and climbed onto Jaden, burying her face into his neck.
Jaden- sleep well?
Giorgia- how could I not after last night
Jaden- hmm, good point
He hummed against her neck with a smirk. Giorgia pulled away from him a bit so that she could kiss him before she returned to her previous, koala-like position.
Jaden- you ready for tonight?
Giorgia- yeah, kinda crazy that im gonna be the spotlight of an event held by Victoria's Secret... but Im excited. As long as you're there I'll be fine.
Jaden- I'll have to meet you at the dinner but then we can go to the after party together.
Giorgia- wait why do you have to meet me at the dinner? I thought you were coming with?
Jaden- I was but Cooper had asked to hangout and I havent seen him in a bit. I told him I had to leave by 5:30 though to get to the restaurant by 6.
Giorgia- where are you getting ready? At cooper's?
Jaden- hadnt really thought that part through... but yeah, I'll just bring what I need with me to his place.
Giorgia- you cant just see him tomorrow? I mean j... tonights a really big deal.
Jaden- I know it is, I'll still be there. If you're worried about image we could even meet somewhere a couple blocks away so that we still arrive together.
Giorgia- no, its not that. I dont care about that... never mind. Just go see coop, I'm just a bit nervous about tonight, it feels like somethings gonna go wrong...
Jaden- thats just your anxiety, everything is going to go perfectly. Try not to stress over it, I'll be there with you the whole time.
Giorgia- promise?
Jaden- promise.
He tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear and kissed her forehead before letting her snuggle back into his chest for another 30 minutes before they finally got up.
Nessa- hey gia
The small girl walked into the restaurant with Josh, Anthony, and Avani.
Josh- where's Jaden?
He asked as Nessa and Giorgia hugged. Giorgia looked down at the ground for a second before answering.
Giorgia- uh... he's not here yet but he'll be here soon.
Anthony- where's he at?
Giorgia- with cooper, they are on their way

Avani- didn't you come with dixie and charli?
Giorgia- yeah, they had to run to the bathroom. Its just down the hall if you wanna go say hi.
Avani nodded and gave Giorgia a quick hug before heading to the bathroom. Josh gravitated towards Bryce, that left Anthony and Nessa with Giorgia.
Nessa- you have no idea if he's on his way, do you?
Giorgia went quiet as Nessa nodded slightly and sighed before pulling the girl into a hug. Anthony pulled out his phone and walked away from the two girls.
Nessa- Anthony?
Nessa called out after the boy but he just waved her off, putting his phone up to his ear.
Giorgia- if I know my best friend- he's either calling Jaden, Cooper, or both.
Nessa- probably
Nessa agreed as they watched Anthony pull his phone away from his ear, press something else, and put it back up.
Giorgia&Nessa- both.
The two girls spoke simultaneously and laughed a bit.
Nessa- lets get your mind of of Jaden for a minute...
Nessa sat next to Giorgia and turned to face her so they could start a conversation.
Nessa- how was your birthday yesterday? Aside from anything that had to do with Jaden.
Giorgia- um... well that excludes most of the day...
Nessa- did Mads say anything?
Giorgia- no but she texted me this morning and said 'i hope you had a good birthday'. Addison said she didn't wanna say anything on the day because she didn't want to potentially taint my day
Nessa- that's actually really considerate... maybe the old mads is coming back. I dont like who she became when Jaden broke up with her, the whole vengeful thing... but this is sounding a lot more like the Mads I remember.
Giorgia- oh, i also got a text from Lucas yesterday... i dont know how i feel about that though.
Nessa- I thought yall were chill?
Giorgia- we are... thats what I dont know how i feel about, its just a weird thought that after everything were just chill now? I dont know... its strange.
Nessa- thats fair, dont stress about him though, hes not an important part of your life anymore.
Giorgia- youre right, i dont even know why that came into my mind... whatever.
Nessa- its cause Jadens not here yet and you're anxiety is getting to you, wanting you to run, so you're mind started wondering to your ex, trying to draw any sort of line to connect them as a way to find a red flag where there isnt one.
Nessa made Giorgia look at her as the girl had been trying to avoid eye contact.
Nessa- giorgia. Jaden is not a bad boyfriend and we all know it, one slip up isnt a cause for concern. He'll be here, he wouldn't miss it. He loves you too much to do that to you.
Giorgia- I know... I know. I just don't understand why he's not here.
Nessa- maybe traffic is bad? Im not sure either but I know him and you know him even better than me... he wouldn't do this on purpose.
Giorgia- no but maybe he forgot...
Nessa- forgot about his girlfriend being the center of a Victoria's Secret event? Come on... he wouldn't forget that.
Giorgia- oh great... this is just perfect
The girl sighed and rolled her eyes after having seen who walked into the dinner. Nessa looked back at the person in the doorway and then to Giorgia.
Nessa- why is Mads here?
Giorgia- I invited her...
Nessa just continued to look at Giorgia, waiting for an explanation.
Giorgia- shes really been making an effort to mend things but also being respectful of boundaries... and I figured I should do something in return, so i invited her.
Nessa- so then why are you upset that shes here now?
Giorgia- because... my boyfriend's ex got to this really important event for me, before he did.
Anthony- yea, speaking of your boyfriend, by the end of the night youre not gonna have one because im going to literally murder him.
Anthony finally came back over by Giorgia and Nessa, looking angrier than ever. The only time shed seen Anthony more angry was over the fact that Lucas had cheated for 6 months and my nudes were leaked.
Giorgia- w-what happened?
His defensiveness in his demeanors scared the girl. She was worried about what Jaden must have done.
Anthony- hes fucked up with cooper and forgot about the dinner, he shouldn't have been going out today in the first place, nonetheless getting fucked up.
Giorgia- did he forget or just lose track of time?
Anthony- does it even matter at this point? He's gonna miss the whole dinner, he knew how big tonight is.
Nessa- Anthony... i mean it sucks but its not like he did anything intentionally to hurt her. People mess up sometimes, he never does, he was bound to eventually.
Anthony- i expected more than this from him. Hes not supposed to fuck up. Hes dating my best friend, fuck ups arent okay, shes dealt with enough shit already.
Giorgia- its fine Anthony... he's with me everyday, he hasn't seen cooper in a while now.
Anthony- yeah well its not everyday that you are the face of a new Victoria's Secret perfume and having an event.
Giorgia- Anthony... its fine. Im sure he'll be here, just a bit late.
Anthony- are you shitting me? Thats not enough. I'm gonna-
Nessa- anthony, take a breather, go find avani
Anthony- but... boo
He looked at Giorgia who gave him a hug and kissed his cheek.
Giorgia- I'm okay kitty, you need to calm down a bit though... for me?
Anthony sighed and listened, going to find his girlfriend as Giorgia sat back against her chair. Nessa took a seat next to her and let the girl lay on her shoulder.
Nessa- how bad is it babe?
She comforted her best friend. Giorgia and Nessa had become very close friends in the past couple months.
Giorgia- he promised me ness... he promised he'd be here with me the whole time. He's never broken a promise before. I know it sounds dumb but-
Nessa- its not dumb. I get it, I'd be hurt too. I dont know what happened tonight but he never does this. Talk to him about it but dont hold it against him, this is a fluke, it sucks that it happened on such an important night but this isn't the kind of boyfriend he's been to you, dont use this as an excuse to doubt him.
Nessa made Giorgia look at her to make her point clear.
Nessa- Anthony is busy being pissed because you're hurt and he trusted Jaden not to hurt you, if he were in his right mind though he'd remind you... Jaden loves you so so much. He doesn't do this kind of stuff. I know you have trust issues, you tend to look for a reason to not trust someone because you do t wanna get caught off guard. But dont do that with this. Not with him. Jaden is an amazing guy, dont lose him and dont push him away.
Giorgia- I know... but-
Nessa- dont even go there. Jaden treats you amazing, you got so insanely lucky with him, just like he did with you, dont doubt that over one night.
Giorgia let out a slight sigh and nodded as she glanced around the room at her friends, as well as professionals from Victoria's Secret, paparazzi, and a few of the Victoria's Secret angels.
Nessa- enjoy your night, tell Jaden just to meet at the reception, dont stress about your relationship tonight. Let it slide for the night so you can just relax, talk to him about it tomorrow.
Josh- Ness? Can we talk?
Josh interrupted. Nessa looked to Giorgia to make sure she'd be okay with her leaving. Giorgia nodded and gestured for her to go with Josh.
Left alone, Giorgia looked around again to really let this sink in. She noticed Mads third-wheeling to Addi and Bryce.
Slowly she made her way to the group of three. The unofficial couple didn't even notice as they obsessed over each other. Mads on the other hand gave an awkward smile. She knew Giorgia and her still weren't great, they were good but mainly civil.
Giorgia- hey Mads...
Mads- hey, congratulations gia- or giorgia... can i call you gia?
Giorgia- i mean, Gia's my professional name anyways so might as well
She gave the girl a slight smile as they noticed that Bryce and Addison had actually walked away, finding a private area to kiss.
Fletcher- hey Giorgia, Mads, so are you guys friends again?
Giorgia- we dont have anymore bad blood if thats what you're wondering
Mads- Giorgia is a sweetheart, I was immature in the past. Things are going to stay between us from now on, no more online petty war, please just drop it.
Fletcher- Giorgia, any comment?
Giorgia- like she said, just drop it.
Pap2- why isnt Jaden here?
Pap3- fans are confused why Mads is here instead of Jaden.
Pap4- did you and Jaden break up?
Pap5- is that why you and Mads are okay now?
Anthony- enough. Leave.
Anthony saw his best friend being overwhelmed with questions that would just land her on tiktokroom, which she hates.
Giorgia- Jaden and I did not break up. Stop assuming that anytime we aren't attached at the hip.
Fletcher- isnt this event important to you though
Anthony- thats a dumb question, now leave, security!
Anthony called over the security people to get rid of the paparazzi as he led Giorgia and Mads away from the cameras.
Anthony- you dont have to entertain their dumb questions
Giorgia- if I gave no comment when they asked if Jaden and I broke up then people would have assumed yes
Anthony- people assume that every other day. They just want drama. They are like blood sucking mosquitoes.
Mads- why isnt Jaden here? If you dont mind me asking... its not cause im here, right? I wouldn't wanna-
Giorgia- no, no, its not cause of you. Dont worry, something just came up. If he came make it later then he will.
Mads nodded as Addison came back over, Josh had split up her and Bryce so that Addi could occupy Mads and give Giorgia a break.
Nessa- is that Jaden?
Nessa whispered to Giorgia as the limo they were in pulled up in front of the reception venue.
Giorgia- look who finally made it.
She sighed in annoyance and relief. The limo pulled up by the door and someone came to open the door. Jaden was standing right outside the door, dressed nicely, hair done, with a bouquet of roses for his girlfriend.
Anthony, Avani, Josh, Nessa, and Bryce got out first and answered some paparazzi questions as they made their way in. Giorgia got out last and was immediately approached by Jaden who had just received a death glare from Anthony.
Jaden- Hey, angel, im so sor-
Giorgia- save it for when theres no cameras
She whispered with a smile on her face for the cameras. Jaden nodded and kissed her cheek as he handed her the roses he'd picked up for her.
Jaden- I'm so proud of you
Giorgia- seems like it
She made it clear that she wasnt happy with him but never let her smile falter. No matter how upset she was the girl was being very careful to not fuel any break up rumors.
Giorgia- thank you for the flowers though
Jaden recognized the genuine tone in her voice and relaxed a bit.
Jaden- of course
Giorgia linked her arms around his and looked up at him with a sweet smile. Despite being upset she wanted to be clear that she still loved him. She took Nessa's advice and was being sure to look at it as a bump in the road rather than letting her anxiety take the wheel.
Pap1- Jaden! Jaden! Why werent you at the dinner tonight?
Pap2- did you skip the dinner because your ex was there?
Jaden- tonights not about me. Tonight is about this beautiful angel. I'm just here to support her. But to be clear, I love her so much to let an ex interfere with us, dont blame the mads for my missing dinner, and stop asking about drama, tonight isnt for that.
Jaden stumbled over a few of his words here and there, thats when Giorgia remembered Anthony saying that Jaden had gotten fucked up, she wasnt sure what he had meant by that but Jaden didnt seem drunk or like he was high on weed... he was out of it but not in a way she recognized.
Pap3- wheres justin?
Giorgia- he stayed home in hopes that you guys would take the hint and not make this night about him.
She sighed, irritated by the paparazzi and confused by Jaden. The girl just ignored any other questions and walked inside, keeping Jaden close.
Jaden- angel... im so sorry.
Giorgia- I dont wanna do this tonight, all i wanna know for tonight is, what are you on?
Jaden- huh?
Giorgia- youre not yourself. Whats up with that?
Jaden- um... well you see...
Giorgia- please just be straight up with me j
Jaden- opioids.
Giorgia just looked at him, unsure what to say. Jaden had no words to defend himself, he knew it was a bad idea, he also knew this wasnt his first time taking them, she didn't know that.
The couple stood in silence for a moment before Giorgia wrapped her arms around his torso, holding him tight.
Jaden- please dont be mad
Giorgia- im not mad... im not happy though
Jaden- i-im so sorry angel
Giorgia- fuck jaden... what were you thinking?
Jaden- I know... tonight was really important and-
Giorgia- fuck tonight, this isnt about that anymore. Opioids? Seriously? Jaden...
Silence filled the corner they were in again as Jaden looked down at his feet, he couldn't bring himself to admit to her that he'd done this before. He also couldn't keep it a secret for much longer because the fact that only one other person in the world knows... and who it is, he knew Giorgia had to know, but he couldn't ruin her night any more than he already has.
Jaden- can we talk about this later? I dont wanna ruin this night any more.
Giorgia- screw this night. Jaden, this is serious.
Jaden- baby... it won't happen again. Im sorry, im so sorry.
Giorgia- jaden please dont just push this under the rug.
Jaden- that was the last time, i promise.
He knew he couldn't be 100% sure he could keep that promise but he had already broken one tonight... what was one more?
Giorgia- but j-
She was cut off by him kissing her, he guided her back against the wall. His goal- aside from just kissing his hot girlfriend- distract her enough that she drops the topic before he digs himself into a deeper hole.
Normally this wouldn't work, but Giorgia had already had a few drinks at the dinner and was a bit tipsy.
Jadens grasp on her waist travelled down to her ass with a tight squeeze as she let out a soft moan.
Jaden- you're absolutely perfect angel.
He muttered as he started to trail kisses on her neck.
Giorgia- were talking about this tomorrow, got it?
She agreed to drop the topic for the night as Jaden nodded. He continued to nip at her neck, he had gotten caught up in her presence and forgotten his original goal with this.
Giorgia- j, we have an audience.
Jaden- mmm
He hummed against her neck, indicating that hed heard her. Still he continued, his hands gripping her waist again, lifting her up against the wall.
Jaden- youre so fucking hot, you know that?
Giorgia- Jaden, we should stop
Jaden- but I dont want to
He groaned a bit, reluctantly loosening his grip on her waist a bit, but continuing to kiss her, now kissing the tops of her breasts, exposed in the dress she was wearing.
Giorgia- jaden- mmmm, please
The boy smirked a bit, misunderstanding and thinking she was giving in, begging for more. He let one of his hands trail to her thigh, rubbing delicately upwards.
Giorgia- jaden please, i want you to stop now. get off of me.
Her breathing started to quicken as her anxiety kicked in, thats when Jaden realized what she had actually meant and what he was doing.
Immediately he let go of her completely, backing away to show he wasn't going to do anything more.
Jaden- im sorry, i thought you meant-
Giorgia- its- its fine.
She took a few deep breaths. She knew Jaden wasn't trying to hurt her, he never would. But how he was acting tonight had shown her a side of him that she wasnt used to. Part of her had been scared for a moment that the opioids would cause him to not take her no for an answer.
Jaden- no its not, fuck angel im sorry, i wasnt- i would never... im sorry if i scared you
Giorgia- i know you wouldn't j... i know.
She gave him a fake smile and started to walk away. He wanted to pull her back and reassure her but he knew that touching her right now could just trigger bad memories.
Jaden- i love you, im sorry.
Giorgia- im not mad
She gave him another weak smile before walking back to kiss his cheek, not wanting him to feel any worse than he already does. At the same time, she knew that she needed a bit of space at the moment. Giorgia rubbed her thumb across his cheek before going to walk away.
Giorgia- i should talk to some other people too... maybe hang out with josh and Bryce for now? I'll see you later.
Jaden- wait... you know I wouldn't-
Giorgia- I know j... it was a misunderstanding. Dont stress over it.
She didn't even turn back as she spoke, she just made a b-line to find Anthony and/or Nessa.
