All right so I didn't shift, but I did have a really weird dream, I can't even remember what it was about now because it was really weird and I don't even know.

All right I didn't want to wait a whole two more days, I took two days off I think it was, so I'm gonna try again tonight. It is day 44. I am really tired I already meditated, I'm going to get a snack real quick brush my teeth and then I'm gonna try my method. So wish me luck
