OK so again I'm gonna make this quick and simple, I'm going to try a combination of the raven method and the pillow method. I'm going to put my phone, which has my script in it, under my pillow and wait until I start to fall sleep, once I start to fall asleep I'm gonna start counting to 100 and envisioning my life in my DR as I fall asleep, wish me luck.
MORNING AFTER- ok so I forgot to look for signs I was about to fall asleep, and I just fell asleep when I got to like 10-15 so I didn't shift. That kinda sucks but I'll remember to do it tonight, the girl I got this method from says it works really easily for her to get into her DR so I wanted to try it and see if it would work for me. So I'm gonna go and get my school work done then I'm gonna watch movies for the rest of the night (bc movies make me really tired) then I'm going to try it again.
