A blinding flash appeared as he was moved back to his room. Izuku collapsed on to his knees as he took a small break. When he awoke again, he saw that it was dark outside. So he must have slept for a good 7 hours. He tried his best to get off from the floor and to the bed. Seeing no results, izuku used [active recovery]. A warm orange flash surrounded him as he immediately felt better. But not as good as the heal he got after the quest. Izuku sat on his bed as he checked his stats and skills.

Izukus eyes glimmered as he saw his stats. It really was not bad. After killing a single boss. Not to mention his first kill, it multiplied his stats by like 10 times.

'I dont think my stats increased so much because I leveled up. I think its actually because of my villain point reaching 70'

Izuku quickly figured out a part of what the villain points do. It first seems like izuku only gains villain points through kills or villainous actions. And having more villain points meant more stats per level.

After his stats, izuku checked his individuals skills. First the skills that leveled up.

[Power up Lvl. 2] (C rank)
1. For every 1 strength you have, gain a 1% extra boost to strength.

2. When HP falls below 50%, increase strength by a further 10%

-30 to -500 MP and lasts 45 second. CD 8 min

This skill is actually really good. After changing its rank to C, it really improved.

[Active recovery Lvl 2] (C rank)
1. Heal 50% of you max HP. - 2. Cut your fatigue by 1/4 

CD of 15 min, -90 MP.

This skill has also improved by a lot. Now it cuts fatigue as well which could be a life saver.

[Speed up Lvl: 3] (B rank)
1. Increase speed by 300% For 30 sec.
2. The beginning 3 seconds, you will have a 900% boost then the 300.

4 Uses per day. 40 MP cost.

Seems like the higher the rank it goes, the bigger the improvement. 900% boost for the first 3 seconds? The fight with sten could have ended in the first 3 seconds.

[Bolt Lvl: 2] (D rank)
Go any direction by 5 ~ 40 yards.
15 second cool down, 0 MP cost.

Interesting... this skill leveled up but didnt go up by a rank. Which is why the improvement isnt that big.

[Inevitable Lvl: 2] (D rank)
Allows you to be unkillable for 3 second. 60 MP cost, cool down 5 hours.

Same for this too. But this still did improve by a lot. Seems like levelling up a skill rather makes it stronger or easier to use.

Sadly for izuku, he didnt get any new skill but what he did get was a bunch of items in his inventory.

When izuku saw what this item did, It immediately made him thought of bolt and inevitable. They'll be like bread and butter when mixed together.
