This is a story of a 16 year old girl who lived about 20,000 years ago, at the time of woolly mammoths and sabre tooth tigers. Lian's village is set on the idea that women are weaker and less valuable than men, and aren't worthy of wielding a weapon. But Lian, an adventurous and troublesome archer, has her mind set on changing that.
Her village has been getting attacked by wild dragons for thousands of years, but the dragons never attacked her, which brings her into some dangerous situations to figure out who she really is.
