"Sasuke wins!"

Sasuke began to walk away which infuriated Naruto who began to insult him. Iruka Sensei smacked Naruto upside the head and made them both do the Unsion Sign.

Both boys faced one another and as their fingers were about to connect, they ended up grabbing each other by the collar of their shirts.

"Stop acting all tough when you're not loser," edged on Sasuke and Naruto gritted his teeth at him, but before something could occur between the two, Iruka Sensei split them up.

Naruto ran off and stuck his tongue out at Sasuke before jumping over the green fence.

Iruka Sensei sighed and looked at his clipboard and announced the next name.

"Next up, (Y/n) (L/n)."

Hearing my name called, I stepped up to the circle and just like what happened with Naruto, the same happened to me.

"I don't want to end up sparring her."

"Cant believe we're stuck with her and him in our class."

"I don't like her one bit."

I rolled my eyes at them and noticed Naruto jumping  over the fence and coming back which stirred up some confusion from my classmates.

He ran up to me and said, "Since you supported me, I'll stay here to support you."

"Oh...thank you," I said with a smile and he returned it and went to stand alongside our classmates.

"And Kana Shimizu. Step forward."

The same girl with shoulder length black hair who had been speaking ill of me appeared.

"Um Iruka Sensei?" She innocently said and he responded, "Yes?"

"I don't want to go up against her," she flat out said.

"But Kana, she's your classmate. We're simply having a small training session."

"I don't want to get involved with someone like her."

"But you sure don't mind getting involved in spreading some gossip huh," I chimed in and she simply bit the inside of her cheek.

"Don't worry, I won't kill you," I ended with a smile and the girl's face turned pale.

"(Y/n)," sternly said Iruka Sensei and I knew that he wanted me to keep my mouth shut.

"This isn't some death match. This is a friendly spar between the two of you. Now I want you two girls to make the Spar Sign."

We each lifted our hand in front of our face and extended our index and middle finger while our other fingers were curled up in the palm of our hand.

"You got this (Y/n)!" Cheered on Naruto who didn't care if he received some looks.

I stared at the girl in front of me and next thing you know I heard Iruka Sensei yell out, "Start!"

I ran towards her and she screamed once she saw me approaching her, but I silenced her by punching her across the face. She fell back and I hovered above her and threw another punch at her. She put her arms in front of her to block the incoming punches, but it didn't help.

Everything they said earlier came rushing back to me and their voices resounded in my head. Not just them, but everyone in the village who has badly spoke of me came surfacing into my head and I felt a rush of anger.

'I hate them.'

I hated this.

I hated being here.

I hate how I don't have anyone.

That anger inside of me was being directed to the poor girl and she had tears bawling out of her eyes and blood running down her swollen cheek.

Iruka Sensei had pulled me away and I tried to pry him off, but he had a firm grip on my arms.

"That's enough (Y/n)!" He spun me around to face him and began to scold me. "That was uncalled for! I said this wasn't some death match. There was no need for you to go that far. I want you to apologize to your classmate."

He turned me around to face my crying classmate who flinched at the sight of me and more whispers erupted.

"She really is a monster."

"Looks like the beast went on another rampage."

"Only a monster like her is capable of doing what she just did."

"Oi! Shut up everyone!" Screamed Naruto.

"Poor Kana had to face that girl's wrath."

"Let's stay farther away from her."

"I'm sorry," I mumbled and kept my head hung low as I closed my eyes shut and placed my hands over my ears to drown out their voices, but I could still hear them loud and clear. It was no use.

'Shisui... I can't ignore them. I can't block them out.'

"She apologized so move on," I heard Sasuke say.

I felt a hand placed on top of my hands and that person pulled my hands away from my ears. I opened my eyes and looked up to see Naruto standing in front of me staring at me with ocean blue eyes which were full of sadness.

"Let's go." Naruto pulled my arm and led me away from the noise.

I looked over my shoulder and saw Sasuke staring at me, but I looked away and turned to the one who was saving me from my misery.
