This works pretty good for the most part however, I suggest adding a bit more to his personality, maybe a couple more negative traits though it isn't necessary. Also add a couple more hobbies but apart from that this is pretty good.

This is pretty interesting, especially the crush and enemy bit. I haven't seen anything like that in a while. Definitely be careful portraying a situation like that but by how it's described I doubt you're going to glamourise it or anything.
Just make sure these relationships effect the character and help him develop.

Okay I feel like key parts are missing here like how did he meet Xavier? How did his relationship with Ruby form? Stuff like that. Just add more key events that help the story flow and build him up as a character to make him more detailed.

These stats are pretty balanced and seem to work just make sure they fit his personality.
Final thoughts Overall he seems to be a pretty good character. Just be sure to develop him and work on a couple of things and he'll be good to go.
