He seems pretty well balanced and cool. All I can say is be careful basing a character off of yourself, there's nothing wrong with it, but you could be accused of creating a self insert. Personally, I have nothing against self inserts so I don't mind if it is, but some people could call you out on it. As long as the character isn't just a 'better version of you' it should be completely fine.
I suggest giving him a wider range of hobbies and interests, most people like doing a lot of things, even if they're just small. The more detailed a character and their interests, the more believable and likable the character.

I actually really like this Backstory, it's unique and I don't think I've seen something like this before in this fandom. I genuinely like this story, so good job.

This is pretty good, I really like his quirk too. I recommend most stats being in the mid range, but these are pretty decent stats and I think this character is actually pretty good.

Final thoughts I really like this character. He's well thought out and balanced, a few corrections here and there could really add to this character and make him even better! But I do really like this guy, so great job!
