Alright, I'm not sure how to feel about this. It's a cool concept don't get me wrong, but chara is an incredibly strong character and I'm not sure if trying to replicate her is a good idea.

Okay so, I like his design and everything in that regard however his personality could do with some development. I understand that Chara is an incredibly negative character but she had positive traits like she was strong and determined. Characters aren't just one note depressed people, almost everybody has some form of positive trait.
Similarly be careful when portraying mental illness in your characters and research symptoms and effects on the character and those around them. It's not something that can be thrown into a character for the sake of it.

The pacifist trait is an interesting one. Be careful with a character's story being too tragic and all over the place. But apart from that, as long as these are well represented and are shown to develop the character, then there isn't really an issue here.

Whilst it is possible for a lot of tragic things to happen to someone from a young age, there is almost always a positive thing to take place.

I guess this works in contrast to Chara, but this doesn't make him feel like Chara which is what I expected. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but it seems like Chara has had little to no influence over him.

Whilst these are balanced, having more then one five star does make it a little much, but it's balanced so I can't say much.
Final thoughts You need to just add more positivity to this character and develop him further in order to make things work better and not be overwhelmingly negative.
