Note from after I'd written this entire thing: Okay so before anyone reads this review, I'm just going to say, this is the only time I will be reviewing any character from a franchise that is not on my list. I had no idea what I was doing but I tried my best lol I'm sorry.

Here we have a review I may struggle with slightly since I'm a complete idiot when it comes to this franchise, but XXXJR120ut says it's not important so I'll try my best!

My comments will be in bold.

Basics and grounding

I like her design a lot she, seems like a good appearance. As much as I hate to say it (since I genuinely adore this personality type) this personality is very common in ocs. I'm not sure if it is in this franchise since I don't know anything about it, but adding some unique traits such as her being headstrong and aggressive when it's not needed. This would make her a more balanced character as she would have both positive and negetive traits.
Also giving her one softer hobby could also make her a more bananced and enjoyable character.

Relationships

Forgive me, but I don't quite understand the thing with her father, how can she hate and love him at the same time? It might make her a more in depth character if she loves him but believes she should hate him or vice versa

It might make her a more in depth character if she loves him but believes she should hate him or vice versa. Also when making 'crazy' characters, I recommend looking into actual mental disorders in order to make the situation feel more grounded in reality. I can see the relationship with her mother being realistic, but there must be reason for the attempted murder.

The only thing I can say for the rest of it is go into more details and flesh it out more and it should be fine.

I don't think I have enough information to properly critique this part

I don't think I have enough information to properly critique this part. I do like that a romantic subplot is brought in, but I have very little to go off here. The only advice I can give is develop the story more than everything else. This is what makes your character who she is after all. Also, try not to kill off too many characters, kill off characters where necessary and make sure you show the impact of this on your character.

Other and stats

Now I know nothing of this franchise so I'm not sure why you had me review this character when there's a lot of people who would have reviewed her with knowledge of the franchise, but none the less I will try to critique this part as well as I can

Now I know nothing of this franchise so I'm not sure why you had me review this character when there's a lot of people who would have reviewed her with knowledge of the franchise, but none the less I will try to critique this part as well as I can. I don't recommend using existing powers that are already in the universe, it can make your character seem lazy or even mary-sueish, but I guess if written well it could work. Even just having her scythe would work, but I suppose the plot relies on the symbiote thing.

Never make a characters level out if the stats given. This will make them seem incredibly overpowered whether they're a superhero or not. I hate to sound harsh here, but as you said in my comments 2/3 is average, which means that 5 is incredibly strong and 4 being above average, that's how I designed your stats to work. I always recommend that you have most be average, with one high at most and at least one low one. Then again, I don't know how it works in this franchise, so maybe that's common, but if it is common, I imagine that it would go off the strength of heros, not average people?? I don't know. I don't know enough about thus franchise to really say.

Final thoughts
For a franchise I know nothing about, this character seems pretty decent. With a few adaptations here and there, she could be a well balanced and interesting character, so good job on her so far!!

*My critiques are simply at your request and to help improve your character. It is not my intention to cause any offence and you of course do not have to listen to what I've said. This us all just a bit of fun and I apologise if I have done any kind of damage*
