Okay this character sounds good so far, I'm not sure if their gender because you didn't put it however. As far as this goes, you need some more detail. Their personality should be more then a few words, normally I recommend a paragraph describing it. I think the rest of it works pretty well though.
Relationships

I suggest adding more detail into these relationships and whether they're positive or not but apart from that, these work well.
Backstory This was n/a but I definitely recommend designing a Backstory because this really helps shape and build the character from their past experiences and shows how they've developed over time.

This is a pretty cool quirk but I suggest adding more description maybe because it doesn't really give a feel about how strong her quirk is.
Stats
You've once again forgotten to tell me how strong they are. Apart from that, these are pretty balanced though so it's fine.
Final thoughts You really just need to work on adding more detail and developing this further. Focus on making this better and putting more into them to make them feel more fleshed out.
