Chapter 20

Baekhyun waits in line for his lunch. Chanyeol and Chen had already settled down on their table with their lunches. He arrived late and stood lonelily in line.

Someone back hugs him. "Hyunnie?"

Baekhyun looked at the stranger confused,"Hyunnie."

It was Taemin with his arms wrapped around Baekhyun.

"What the-"

"Hyunnie." Taemin says cutely again.

"It's Baekhyun idiot."

"Oh yeah! I meant Baekhyunnie!" Taemin says.

"Let go. What are you doing?" Baekhyun tried to pull his arms away.

"Yeah! Let go idiot." Jimin appears and tears Taemin's arms away.

"What the." Taemin looks hurt.

"Hi Jiminnie." Baekhyun smiles brightly.

"Can I call you Hyunnie?" Taemin interrupts.

Baekhyun looked at him with knitted eyebrows,"How bout...NO."

Baekhyun puts an arm around Jimin.

"Jiminnie." Baekhyun says cutely again.

Jimins smiles happily,"Yeah?"

"Coming to soccer practice?" Baekhyun asks Jimin.

"Definitely!" Jimin says excitedly.

Taemin looks at them annoyed. He turns to see Minho looking at his watch on his wrist and walking over to the lunch line.

Minho looks up and smiles.

Taemin smirks back but turned to look at Baekhyun and realized that he was smiling at Baekhyun.

Minho runs over to them. Taemin walks towards Minho and grabs him by the waist.

"What. Are you doing?" Minho tries to push his arm away.

"Hi Captain." Taemin smiles at him smugly.

"Hi!" Minho says excitedly,"Now let go." He ended with an annoyed tone.

"Minho, I have no friends yet. Can sit at your table with you?"

"Whatever." Minho pushed him away.

Taemin grabs his hand,"Please..?" He lowers his voice and pleaded with his eyes.

Minho flinches slightly at his words. Minho felt sympathetic for the poor guy, "Uh, I guess."

Baekhyun worked his ways over to their table. He took the seat next to Chen. Chanyeol and Chen greets him.

He started eating. He stuffed some salad into his mouth.

Mr.John walks over and say,"Oh hey Baekhyun! Gather the team. We're gonna have a quick meeting." Mr. John says.

Baekhyun looked at the clock. He had 9 minutes before lunch was over.

Mr.John walks away. He sits there stunned with his fork in his mouth. He zooms out.

"Baek, are you okay?" Chen asks.

Baekhyun nods his head. "I can't even finish my food peacefully." He grumbles upset.

Chanyeol chuckles,"Go captain."

He stands to make an announcement. "Red team will be meeting right now so come over!" He says loudly. The cafeteria quiets down long enough for his announcement before the chatter started again.
