Sexual abuse is something I will never ever ever ever stop speaking about.
No one should ever have to go through the horror of it.
Especially, not children.
Yesterday,
Ricky Garcia, another Disney star came out revealing he was sexually abused for years by his manager and the lawsuit names multiple other entertainment companies and individuals.
Ricky was sexually abused countless times through out his adolescence.
He is 20, and this started when he was TWELVE.
I'm so proud of Jordan Pruitt for speaking up about the sexual abuse she dealt with in the entertainment industry first, and now Ricky.
I hope more people tell their stories and justice is served to every sick person responsible for these evils.
Sexual abuse happens everyday.
We have to speak out.
We have to listen.
We have to care.
We have to stand up.

For everyone suffering in silence or that has, the horrors you have been subjected to, and the pain you feel you can't escape, you did not deserve it.
The flashbacks, the feelings of guilt, shame, and hopelessness, the terrible fear, all of it isn't fair.
You should NOT have to feel this way because of the evil of others.
Sexual abuse is one of the most evil things someone can do to another person.
Because it doesn't just hurt physically.
It hurts mentally, emotionally, psychologically,
It hurts in so many ways.
There is no excuse for this kind of evil.
Not at all.
But evil can't win against good.
No matter much it seems like it does...
God gives justice to those that do evil in the next life, and sometimes in both this life as well as the next.
And there is healing and there is hope for survivors.
Ricky said God gave him the courage to speak up, and I trust God will also help him heal.
And my prayer and belief is that every sexual abuse survivor on the planet will realize their worth to God and find healing and recovery in some way.
Even though it takes time.
Finding faith, healing, and recovery and happiness is worth it.
You deserve it.
You deserve so much.
