   Y/N'S POV

The second Happy told me about Mr. Stark's passing, I knew I had to do everything in my power to make sure Peter was okay. However, it seemed like it was harder to do every day.
Peter never returned any of my calls, text messages, or concerned voicemails. I know he still showed up for school, because I sometimes saw him in the hallway.

Peter didn't owe me anything, but it would be nice to at least get a sentence or two from him. When I spotted Ned heading my direction, I immediately rushed up to him and pushed him into my locker.

I said,"Tell me where Peter is. Now. No games, Ned."

Ned said,"Okay! Okay! Peter's in the band room. We were going to meet there to build another one of our projects."

I chuckled saying,"By "projects," do you mean another Star Wars set?"

Ned put a hand over his heart saying,"That's hurtful, Y/N. They're real important to me and Peter."

I let go of Ned and fixed his collar saying,"I know. I was just messing with you. You know I love Star Wars. Princess Leia was that girl."

Ned smiled at me, and I walked with him to the band room. The second Peter saw me, he tried to leave.

I blocked his only way out and said,"No! You're not avoiding me anymore, Parker! Don't you even try to use your Peter tingle on me."

Ned laughed, and Peter pouted saying,"That's not what it's called, Y/N! Did May tell you that?"

I smiled and just looked at Ned. He immediately got the message and left.

I then turned back to Peter and said,"Sit down, Parker."

Peter let out a sigh and sat down.

I sat down beside him and asked him,"Why are you avoiding me? Is there another rumor going around about the two of us again?"

Peter shook his head and replied,"No, I just...I knew you'd try to talk to me about what happened to Mr. Stark-Tony. I've been avoiding you, because I wanted to try to get through this on my own. Not that I don't appreciate all the pep talks and everything, but yeah. That's why I've been...avoiding you."

I became quiet and put down my book bag. I began to dig through it, and Peter watched me closely. I ignored him, before I handed him my design for my suit.

I asked him,"What do you think? About the colors and everything?"

Peter looked at me oddly and said,"What? You're not going to yell at me or still try to give me a talk?"

I pushed my design to his chest and replied,"No, you said you wanted to get through this on your own, so I'm going to let you do that. Now, what do you think of my suit design? Too much?"

"I like it. They're not my favorite colors, but they look like your kind of look. I mean that in a good way. I would probably change this and this. That way you won't draw too much attention to yourself."

I nodded, and Peter began to help me figure out my suit design. I have to say, Peter knew what he was talking about. Of course, we disagreed on some things, but none the less, it was great to actually be having a conversation with Peter.
