"Wake up!"
I rolled over in bed holding the pillow over my ears. "Mmmmmmmmm." I felt someone dragging the sheet off of me onto the floor.
I rolled over again staring into dark-brown wide eyes. "We are going to be late!"
"I know sweetie, give me a minute."
I sighed sitting up in bed.
"Felix!" I shouted. Aish. I knew this would happen.
"Ji-hoon, honey, where is your father?"
"He told me that he went to work early."
"Yeah. Work." I mumbled.
I thought he would give up the gang for his family but that never happened.
"Come on then. Lets get your first day of school done then."
Ji-hoon's face lit up and ran around the room gripping tightly to his bag.
"Mom!" He called out again.
"What is it?"
"I want a friend!"
"Of course you can have a friend, they will be at school."
"Nooo! I mean I want a friend who can live with me."
"You mean a brother!?"
He ran up to me and nodded. I sighed and shook my head. "Lets just get you to school." I got out of bed slipping on some casual clothes.
Gripping tightly to Jihoon I walked out the door and walked him up to the first school.
"Now, remember. Uncle Changbin will be here to pick you up. Not me." He nodded and was about to walk in the gates when he ran back to me and hugged my leg.
"Mommy don't go. I'm scared."
"Honey, you will be fine. The teachers are all there to protect you and I'm sure you will make loads of friends."
"Can you walk me in?" He asked while looking up at me with cute little eyes.
"Fine, but as soon as we get to your new classroom that's it. Okay?"
He smiled widely and grabbed hold of my hand again.
I saw loads of children hugging their parents also scared to go in. "Come on. You go now."
