I got ready in my outfit for the day as Darren had called me or well Hope's phone as i had given him her number since i don't have a phone.
Do to me having no family i couldn't possible afford a phone by myself unless i worked. Which wasn't in my plans while i already had to worry about doing school work, which i barely did but still could get stressed about.
"Bri, Darren keeps texting my phone making it annoying for me as it kept buzzing so please answer him and tell him to stop it" Hope whined coming into my room.
We shared a room back in the boarding school so entering without knocking wasn't something strange to do but normal.
I rolled my eyes at her. "Fine" i grabbed the technologies device.
Darren: Hey you coming??
Me: Yeah just finished getting ready, see you in 10
Darren: See you
Me: And stop texting me Hope is getting annoyed
I handed Hope back her phone. "There he won't text you anymore" she nodded. "Thank God" Hope dramatically said.
As i fixed my hair a little Hope didn't leave. "Bri?" she called. I hummed in response. "What's your deal with Darren i mean, you've told me him and you are friends but still kiss and everything" she made a gross out face.
"Chill we only kiss, miraculously we haven't done anything else," i thought about her question. "And i don't really know i guess we're just friends with benefits"
She raised her eyebrows. "Friends with benefits? Do you know how bad those relationships or friendships end?" she asked me like i didn't know.
"Yeah just like every other ex of mine" i told her. Well truth be told never did i have a boyfriend that was official. We would kiss, walk around together even have sex. But never did we make it official with them.
