You sat at the edge of the sofa with your knees up, hugging them tightly. Bucky sat next to you with an annoyed look as he tried to get rid of the web Spiderman has put on his metal arm during a fight.

Bucky stops doing what he was doing and immediately looks towards you as he hears soft sobbing. He wanted to move towards you and hug you but you were at the avenger's building where everyone was pacing around. A few including Peter we're discussing things in a separate room. Black widow stood by the window. Steve was going through some paper works on the table.

"It wasn't your fault. Accidents happen." Bucky says moving a bit closer to you. You and Bucky has been friends for a while since he lived across from you in the building. Even if he were somewhere else he always kept contact with you if he was himself. Steve was confused to see you and Bucky together at first as he had always thought you were dating Peter. You had to assure him he was right indeed and Bucky was just your friend. You had told Steve to not tell anyone since not everyone was okay with Bucky. Steve took the opportunity in a way where you could babysit Bucky and keep him out of trouble. He would give you a cheeky smile every time.

"It's gonna be okay. Yeah?" He says looking at you. You were on a mission with them. More like a dispute within them. You had gotten distracted which caused a building to collapse. Although many said it was vacant you wasn't really sure.

Peter gives a weird look at Bucky who had his elbows resting on his knees as he looks at you crying. Feeling the gaze on him, he sits straight leaning against the sofa and looking away.

"Let's get you home now." Peter says removing your hands around your knees and pulling you up on your feet. You wipe you face before looking at him with a small smile. He kisses your forehead before taking you hand and leaving the room.

"There's nothing to worry about. Okay?" He says tightening his hold as he felt like you were trying to slip away from his hold. You nod your head as you walked behind him.

"I'll come in the morning. Aunt May would be mad if I don't get home for dinner. She wants to try some new restaurant or something." Peter says as you both stand in front of your door. "I'll be okay." You say. He sends you a small smile before darting off.

The building was quiet as some have gone on vacation. It was just you and Bucky on the same floor. You sit in the living room with your lights out. The TV tuned into the news of the incident from earlier. You were too distracted to notice that someone had gotten into your apartment until the TV went off. Before you could panic the kitchen light lights up and you turn around to see Bucky. He didn't talk much and neither were you a talkative person.

He had gotten you some takeaway on his way back. You get up from the sofa and walk into the kitchen where he places one of the takeaway boxes in front of you. "Eat something." He says. You stare at it as your eyes begin to water. Bucky sighs before turning you around to give you a big hug. "It's okay. It's okay." He says.

Sudden knocks made you panic. "Don't worry. It's just Steve. He knocks like that." Bucky says letting go of the hug. You feel calm and leave a chuckle at what he had said. He smiles to himself as he made his way to answer the door. "I knew you would be here. Where's Peter?" Steve asks pushing Bucky out of his and walking towards you. "He's having dinner with his aunt." You say. Steve looks around the place with his hands in his pockets.

"Here." Bucky says taking another takeaway box and passing it to Steve. You three sit at the table eating dinner quietly. The only noise coming from the vehicles outside.

They both decide to crash in at your apartment and you really didn't wanted to be alone. Steve wanted to keep an eye on Bucky to make sure he wasn't up to doing anymore stupid tricks. Bucky wanted to stay back and look after his best friend.

"What the- ugh. Not again kid." Bucky says as he wakes up to his hand stuck on the coffee table with spiderwebs. Steve gets up from behind the sofa lofting his hand up to rub his eyes but get stuck on the side of the sofa as Peter shoots some webs.

"What are you doing?" You ask walking out of the kitchen into the living room. It was early in the morning and Peter was shooting webs inside your apartment. Something you had told not to do unless he is going to clean it up. "Clean it up." You say. "Wait what?" He asks confused. "Get the webs off of them." You say. "First of all what are they doing in your apartment?" He asks confused. You look towards Bucky and Steve to which they nod for you to tell Peter. Also because they were getting tired of being stuck in spiderwebs. "Bucky is my best friend. He lives across the hall and Steve here just... what do you do?" You ask. Steve gives you an are your seriously joking kind of look towards you. You giggle a bit. "He comes to check up on his best friend who I babysit." You say the last part softly.

Peter stands at the door looking at each of you. "It's just between us okay?" Steve says raising his free hand up. "Okay but why didn't you tell me this?" Peter asks looking at you. "Because you go doing this." Bucky says annoyed as his was in an uncomfortable position on the sofa with his hand on the table covered in spiderwebs.

"Oh, yeah you're right. So what's for breakfast?" Peter asks passing by you into the kitchen. "Hey kid! Get these things off first." Bucky says annoyed. You laugh at them struggling to get it off. "You know your boyfriend is all cute and all but you seriously have to stop letting him do this." Steve says removing a part of the webs.

You had forgotten about the chaos caused the other day. You were feeling better.
