You and your friends walk into the hall hand in hand with your dates. A few banners were put up here and there and soft classic music was played by the school band. "Timmy has improved on his drums." Your friend says. "He needs a better drummer boy name." Says her date. "He'll hit your head for that." She says.
You giggle as they talked about how some of the classmates has changed. "Want a drink love?" Tom asks. "Sure." You reply. Tom follows with one of your friend's boyfriend.
"We are still a bit surprised with Tom Holland." Your friend says walking to you. "We all have been here and there the past years." You say.
As you and your friends were talking about what you all liked about the boys, a popular girl walks by. "I hear Tom's here." She says as your friend rolls her eyes in annoyance. "Are you abandoning your date again? Like you did at prom?" Another friend says making all of you laugh.
Tom creeps up from behind you giving you a surprise kiss on the cheek. "What's so funny babe?" He asks passing you the drink and placing his free hand around your waist. "Yeah. What was so funny?" Your friend's boyfriend asks. "Nothing." Your friend replies looking towards the popular girl who just scoffs and leaves annoyed. "What's up with her?" Tom asks. "Jealous I guess." You reply softly before taking a sip of the drink. "What is this?" You ask. "We put in a secret ingredient in the punch." Your friend's boyfriend says opening his jacket to reveal a small bottle of vodka. "Always the punk kid creating problems." You say shaking your head and leaving your drink on the side table.
Once all your friends have scattered here and there in the hall, Tom moves closer to you. "I can't remember half of the people here." You say making Tom laugh a little. "It happens." He says.
"Wanna dance?" He asks waiting for you to take his hand so that he could drag you to the dance floor. "Wait. Why are they playing ABBA suddenly?" You ask as Tom puts his hand on your waist pulling you closer to him. He replies with a smile. "You did this?" You ask. "Yeah. You told me all you wanted was to dance to ABBA with someone but that person didn't care and just left. So I'm making a little dream of yours come true." He says leaning forward to kiss your cheek. You wanted to cry. He remembered the little things you have said months ago.
"Thank you." You say laying your head on his shoulder. "Anything for my dancing queen." He says kissing your hair and smiling to himself to see you happy and having a good time.
