Gavin wheezed as black spots appeared in his vision. He could feel something wetting his shirt and it could be two things: sweat, or blood.

He swallowed thickly, hearing ringing in his ears. He breathed in as if he were breathing into a straw. His body felt paralyzed; the pressure in his chest was heavy.

Drool dribbled out of his mouth as his eyes flickered around him. Everything was blurry and full of darkness. He couldn't comprehend anything. He questioned one thing, and that was where the fuck was Conan?

He didn't notice that Conan was the one carrying him, running with the detective in his arms to find help. He didn't notice that Conan was crying, tears falling onto Gavin's shirt. He didn't notice Conan whispering 'I love you' to Gavin.

"Connor, get your ass to that building that Gavin and I were at. Find those people. I'm taking Gavin to the hospital," he said with a gruff voice, almost to his destination.

Suddenly Gavin reached up and squeezed Conan's jacket weakly. It wasn't as weak as he thought it was going to be. But he couldn't worry about how strong the detective was right now. Just if he was alive or not.

•How was this? Kinda sucky but oh well•
