Mel's Pov: It was quiet and it was nice. Mel, Cael I hear Jancie say. I sigh and Cael says we can do this any day you know. I smile and say okay. Cael gets up and holds out his hands. I take them and he helps me up. We walk up the steps and Cael opens the door. I stop and Cael says ladies first. I walk in and see Cael's mom and dad talking. Cael closes the door and his dad looks at me. Hello says Tony.
Hi I say. Checking out the pool says Tony. Yeah, it is huge I say. Yeah says Tony. We are leaving and have fun says Jancie. Bye says Cael and I at the same time. They leave and Cael says what do you want to eat. I don't care I say. I see Scarlet come out and she gets on a chair. What do you want to eat says Cael as he looks at Scarlet. Mac an cheese says Scarlet. Cael looks at me and says sound good.
Yeah I say. Cael gets everything and puts the pan on the stove. He looks at me and says favorite music. Hip hop and rap I say. Same says Cael. Favorite sport I say. Wrestling says Cael. Water polo I say. Water polo sucks says Cael. Well wrestling sucks I say. I see Cael's face go straight and I stand up. Cael moves and I take off. I run up the stairs and I hear Cael right behind me. I turn right and I run to a room.
I turn around and Cael was coming. Cael runs over to me and tackles me. He starts to tickle me and I start to laugh. Stop I say as I squirm. I squirm even more and say stop. Only if you say wrestling is amazing says Cael. Wrestling is amazing I say as I continue laughing. Cael stops and I feel my heart going fast. Cael laughs and says see I have my ways to get you back. See if I do anything for you again says Cael. I know you will I say. Cael looks at me and says no I won't. Yes you will I say. Cael turns around and walks out of the room. Asshole I think to myself. I get up and walk down the stairs. I walk in the kitchen and say where are the bowls. I will get them sit down says Cael. I shake my head and Cael looks at me. If you don't sit down I will tickle you says Cael.
I hurry and sit down. Good says Cael. I shake my head and look at Scarlet. He is a meanie I say. Yep says Scarlet.

We start to walk around. Cael looks at me and says how far would you walk on halloween. Awhile I say. Good 3 to 4 hours says Cael. Wow I say. Yeah, but it was so worth it, all the candy says Cael. Yeah I agree I say. So my dad took me one year and I have never been a fan of those bowls that have the hand on them and when you put your hand in it says Cael. Yeah I say. So I went to a house that had that.
I put my hand in and I screamed. I ran over to my dad and he was laughing. I was so mad at him for laughing. I went back to the house and poured the bowl in my bag says Cael. I laugh and say I didn't like them either. I see Scarlet and she says can we be done. You want to stop says Cael. Yeah says Scarlet. I pull out my phone and it was 9 o'clock. We start to walk back to Cael's truck.

We get to Cael's house and his parents are still gone. Scarlet walks to her room. I sit down and Cael sits down by me. He tickles me and I start to laugh. Stop I said that wrestling was amazing I say. you did, but you are so easy to tickle says Cael. I laugh and shove Cael. He laughs and says it's so fun to tease you. Your a jerk I say. That is what you say now, it will all go away says Cael as he lays down.
I shake my head and sit on the edge. Cael turns on the tv and grown ups is playing. I feel my eyes get heavy and I close them. I start to feel my body fall. I open my eyes and lean back. Cael grabs my hand and pulls me towards him. I lay down by him and put my head on his chest. I close my eyes and Cael says night. Night I say as I listen to his heart beat.
