Chapter 25

Georgia's POV

"From the other drivers statement Mary had gone through a red light and the other car smashed into the passenger side,"

"The impact caused Mary's car to flip and roll until it hit another car," Doctor McGrath explained

"How is Mary?" Mary's mother asked

"Mary has broken ribs and wrists she also has internal bleeding in the brain because of the collision and is currently in a coma,"

"When will she wake up?" I asked

"We are not sure it varies between patients but she is in a very bad state and I'm sorry to say this but there is a 50% possibility that she may or may not make it,"

I blocked everyone out and froze, I sat down in my seat and stared at the white wall. There were no tears, nothing I just felt numb.

"Princess you can go see her but the Doctor warned us that she won't look good," Mama said

"Obviously not she's in a damn coma," I snapped

I followed the Doctor as he took Mary' parents and I to Mary's room, I stopped outside and took a deep breath preparing myself for what I was about to see.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Mom asked and I nodded

"We will be right out here," Mom said

I walked in and looked to the bed to see my beautiful girl connected to all these wires and tubes coming out of her mouth, there was bandages on both her wrists and wrapped around her chest. I held her hand and kissed it lightly as a few tears escaped my eyes.

"Mary I'm not sure if you can hear me but I want you to know that I love you, I do I love you so much and nobody else," I stopped to wipe away the tears that were rolling down my face

"I made a lot of mistakes and I hope you will find the good in me to forgive me and I promise that I will spend every minute making sure I correct all those mistakes and never do them again,"

"Baby I want you to fight I know you're in a lot of pain but you're a warrior and I know you can get through this, I just want you to come back to me and I want to hold you and kiss you and be silly together and cuddle I just want you back,"

"This is all your fault," Mary's mother said

"How is it my fault?" I questioned

"Because we heard that you two were arguing,"

I looked at the floor in defeat knowing she was completely right.

"You can't look after her and you don't treat her properly you're not her family and never will be,"

"Who's been looking after her when you left huh? Tell me cause bitch I know it wasn't you," I snapped harshly

"How dare you talk to me like that!"

"How dare you talk to me like that!" I said back

"Were definitely taking her back to Greece with us which is where she belongs not with you and your filthy family,"

"Don't you dare ever, ever talk about my family like that ever or else you'll pay the price,"

"What can a little girl like you do?" she snickered

Not realising what I was doing I slapped her right across the face, both my mothers ran in and looked at what had happened.

"What happened?" Mama questioned

"She just hit me!" Mary's mom shouted

"Georgia!" my mom exclaimed

"Can you hear me out!" I shouted

"You don't hit someone," Mama said

"Fine whatever everything's my fault and I can't do anything right I know you don't have to tell me I stuff up all the good things in my life and I should just go and kill myself I might as well ay," I ran out of the room with footsteps coming after me and voices following but I was too fast and I got away just like I wanted too

I went out to see Justin in the exact same place that I left him only sitting, I ran up to him and he held me in his arms.

"It's all my fault,"

"No it's not don't think like that,"

"It is I know it everybody thinks that,"

"Don't listen to them just know that it isn't your fault,"

I pulled away from him and let up a cigarette, I blew out the puff of smoke and along with that went all the pain.

"Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it," Justin said

"Maybe I want that," I muttered

"Georgia Lovato you better have a god damn good explanation,"
