Demi's POV

We arrived home and we were greeted by everybody but Alexia just smiled and pushed past them running to her room

"Leave her for a bit," I said to everyone and they all nodded

Everyone walked into the kitchen but I pulled Bea aside

"Go," I whispered and she ran up to Alexia

"Is everyone alright?" mom asked

"Yeah but Alexia's not," Tiff answered

"Of course she wouldn't be okay," Georgia said

Everyone was silent as we all knew Georgia hadn't finished her outburst

"She's been fricken kidnapped, raped, hit and god knows what else and you think she'd be 'okay' honestly how could you be that stupid and no everyone's not okay," Georgia stormed out of the room fuming

Everyone stood silently and Tiff went to go after her but I pulled her back into me

"Baby don't," I said

She nodded her head and slouched her shoulders in defeat

"Should I go?" Mary asked

"Honey let her cool down a bit,"

"I'll go in five," she said

"Alright,"

I hugged Tiff from behind and a little smile played on her lips, the one I've missed so much

"Everyone go in the lounge room and watch a movie and I'll make us some dinner," mom said

"YAY I love grandmas cooking," Jayden smiled

"C'mon little man let's go pick a movie," Tiff said playing with his hair

"Im not little," he said defending himself

"To me you are," she said as they ran into the room to pick a movie

Alexia's POV

I didn't want to be around anyone I just wanted to be by myself, I can't stand all the questions that will be asked, I can't stand all the sympathetic looks and the 'it will be alrights' because it's not alright and I feel sick about it all

"Baby?" I heard Bea's sweet, innocent voice

"Mm,"

"Please talk to me,"

"I just need some space," I said plainly with no emotion

"But baby please,"

"No buts I need space and tell everyone that too,"

"Baby it's not good for you," she said

"I don't care,"

"Baby-,"

"Just leave, please," I cut her off

I heard the door close and I instantly felt so bad, why was I pushing my wife away?

Demi's POV

We were watching 21 Jump Street and I saw Bea from the corner of my eye walking into the dining room, I got up and went in after her

"Bea?"

She looked up at me and tears were running down her beautiful face, she looked so broken

I sat down next to her and pulled her into my arms, hugging her tight

"Honey what happened?"

"She's pushing me away," she cried

I didn't know what to say, in a way I understand she needs a bit of space but she shouldn't push Bea or anyone away because in this difficult time she's going to need someone nobody how many times she denies it, she will

"Just give her some space tonight and tomorrow try again,"

She nodded her head and her sibs became quieter

"She loves you never forget that Bea," I said

Alexia's POV

There was a knock at my door and honestly I wanted to yell at whoever it was and tell them to leave me alone but I didn't, I couldn't

"Come in,"

"Princess it's me," mom said

I felt her hand on my shoulder and I looked behind up at mom and instantly I bursted into tears, she sat down on the floor and pulled me on to her lap like she used to when I was upset, I snuggled into her chest and just let all my emotions out

Demi's POV

My princess was in my arms crying and broken, seeing her like this affects me, it would affect any mother seeing their child upset and broken and knowing that you can't do anything about it, knowing that you can't put a smile on her face that easily

But something I could do was make her feel loved, safe and protected, I tightened my grip on Alexia and brought her closer into me, I lightly kissed the top of her head and just held her
