Chapter 12 - Mutual Feelings

As promised, the same routine was carried out the next day.

I waited for Katsuki to come to the hospital and escort me out for the second time.

He came late again but at least I was once again out from that place.

We spent no time wandering around or having conversations, we both instantly decided to head for the train station.

I didn't know my way around the station even though I felt confident that there won't be anyone around to catch us during our fight.

But Katsuki was somehow able to locate hidden pathways and passages around the outdoor station area.

It was like he has been here before.

We needed up in a very isolated area where there was two rusted train tracks, and this entire field of dead grass and nothing else.

There was a wall with graffiti on it so hopefully, no one actually comes lurking around here like we are.

Katsuki faced me while I was in the middle of observing the area.

It was actually quite a pleasing and calming place.

"Hey, Bladey." His calling to me gets my attention. What also got my attention was that nickname of mine..I don't like it.

"We're here, so don't waste my time and start already. After I beat your ass, I'm leaving home."

A confident smirk formed across my face as he self-assured speech in winning this fight was almost hilarious.

It also kind of annoyed me of how cocky he can get, but it was also exhilarating.

"How many times do I have to tell you, that's never going to happen," I spoke back with an assertive look on my face.

"I guess we should fucking see, then."

That was Katsuki's last sentence to me without giving me a chance to reply, small explosions instantaneously turned big as he darted for me with them.

I quickly reacted to his first attack move and launched myself up in the air with my blades.

My reaction caught his attention as he looked up, and without letting him make another move I started to hurl several blades at him from my palms and shoulders repeatedly in a stabbing motion from above.

At first, he was dodging them quite easily as he caught up to the speed of my stabs. Until I increased the speed and my motions became faster, and harder to react to. As this also gave me the advantage to keep myself in the air for a longer period of time.

I was able to successfully cut through his defense a few times before he managed to escape my danger zone.

I eventually dropped down, leaving a few meters distance away from each other.

I could indicate some light pants from Katsuki, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't panting a bit too.

I watched his movements as Katsuki lifted his hands up to his waist, explosions forming on his palms like before as I prepared myself for the next impact.

As I was ready and aware of the next strike, I suddenly heard a voice, from far away, yelling and shouting as it gradually became clearer and clearer every shout.

This caught both of our attentions as Katsuki and I looked to the direction of the voice to see a man running towards us in some uniform, telling us to 'stop' and that we 'shouldn't be here'.

"For fuck's sake!! How the hell did he find us?!"

He was still far away from us but he would soon reach us within a minute.
