The fishes swim around. "Isn't an aquatic centre the one with the pool?" Troy whispers to me. I nod and look around the area. The area is just filled with fish tanks, there's so many connected to rocks that create either an arch way or leads to another floor. A lady takes us to a table and starts speaking to us in Chinese.

"Troy, don't you understand this?" Daniel asks.

"I don't idiot." Troy replies. "My mum speaks Chinese but I'm hardly with her, so I wouldn't know."

"Kelvin?" Daniel looks at him.

"I know Japanese, not Chinese. Moron." Kelvin rolls his eyes, crossing his arms.

The lady hand us a menu and starts speaking some more Chinese. Another lady comes over and pushes the other lady to the side. This time, she speaks Korean to us.

"Let's just assume she's asking what we want." I say. "Can I have the special for today?"

The lady looks at me and writes down before speaking some more Korean.

"Good thinking Phoenix." Daniel agrees. "I'd like a hot chocolate, extra marshmallow."

"Apple pie." Kelvin orders.

"Coffee." Troy studies the menu. "And some red velvet cake."

The place is empty with only yelling from the kitchen to be heard. Diverse language from all over. A waiter comes over and speaks, this time, Japanese. She places our food down and smiles at us.

"Kelvin, you can understand this right?" Daniel asks.

"I don't think so." Kelvin shrugs. He uses his fork to seperate his slice of pie. "But if you wanna know, she asked for your number, Daniel."

"Really?! I mean, she's kind of cute so...." Daniel trails off and uses a spoon as a mirror. He runs a hand through his hair before ruffling up. He pulls out his phone and looks at the girl. The girl tilts her head in confusion, raising an eyebrow. "My number is-" Daniel smiles before Kelvin cuts him off.

"Bro, I'm just kidding." Kelvin laughs. "She didn't want your number. She's telling us the food is served."

"Oh, I knew that." Daniel fake laughs, looking down at his hot chocolate. He takes a sip then leans back on the chair, looking at the fishes.

Our table was right next to the fishes and there wasn't a Dory, Nemo or Marlin. The aquariums created this blueish, greenish lighting effect and it was kinda pretty to look at. The place didn't need actual lighting and relied on the fish tank to light the place up.

"Isn't this place a little racist?" Daniel wonders.

"Because a bunch of Asian people work here?" Troy raises an eyebrow.

"Yeah." Daniel nods.

"For the sake of your triggered ass, the place is called Asian Aquatic Centre." Kelvin explains. He reaches over towards Troy's coffee. Troy slaps his hand, glaring at him.

"Right." I trail off. "Aye! They haven't even given me my special yet."

"Its been like twenty minutes." Troy says.
